Best low price shoe rack out there
This is a nice looking open shoe rack for the money- not high quality furniture but you don't need to hide it in a closet either. The finish is sprayed on and a bit uneven. Sturdy for shoes but I wouldn't try sitting on it. Easy to figure out and put together, but screws are tight and require some strength and a good screwdriver to tighten. Keep the pieces being screwed together flush with each other, or the rack sections will not be joined tightly. I found it best to align the pieces with the side support horizontal and the shelves vertical before screwing together. Put some pressure on the horizontal piece as you screw them together to avoid looseness. Each level holds 3 pair of men's shoes size 11. Not enough clearance for boots but they can be stored lying on their sides.

Shoe Rack Organizer - Decent Quality but QC issue
I was excited about finding a shoe rack organizer that appeared to be of decent quality. After putting it together, it did not have the heft I was expecting. It is not flimsy, but not the rock solid wood I was expecting. Nevertheless, I put it together and one of the holes were too big for the screw. I had to use superglue to hold it in place. Also, when I stack the racks, there is nothing I see that locks the two. You simply align the holes on the top rack with the wooden rods sticking up from the bottom rack. Whenever I pick it up, the top separates from the bottom so I have to remember to grab from the bottom rack. The organizer is ok, but I will continue my quest for a solid rack organizer.

It is very easy to put together
I think this is a decent shoe shelf. It is very easy to put together, just a matter of lining up the shelves and screwing them in. It seems pretty well made and looks a lot nicer than many others I have seen, especially if you intend to have it out somewhere and not in a closet. The only issue I have is that you can see the holes for the dowels on the top shelf. It is nice that you could ad another set of shelves on top of this one, but it would've been nicer to include 4 caps for the holes. It just makes it look unfinished. Other than that, very happy with the shelf.

Great quality, not cheap fiberboard
Unlike a lot of shoe racks, this is made out of a really nice quality wood - no pressed fiberboard here. The stand is actually two separate stands that can be used individually or stacked on top of each other, using wooden dowels to connect the two. I was looking for something taller since my condo is fairly small. Assembly was a breeze and took less than five minutes. Each separate stand is only four pieces; the two shelves for the shoes and an end piece on each side. There are four screws that go on to each end. After putting together both stands, there are some wooden dowels included that you can use to stack them with. The screws fit together well and there are holes predrilled. I had a far easier time putting this together than the fiberboard shoe racks I've had in the past. There is enough space in each shelf to fit a pair of high tops, but boots are typically too tall to fit into anything but the exposed top rack. I like the color of the wood, it looks really elegant and matches the other wooden furniture I had well.To address some issues I read in the reviews: Personally, I did not have any quality control issues with the unit I received, although I did see in some other reviews. The unit is also really sturdy, again, much more so than fiberboard type shoe racks that are commonly available at big box stores. I don't think I would try sitting on it, but it holds all my shoes without issue and can certainly be re-purposed to hold heavier items. My unit didn't wobble either after assembling.

Nice but pricey
These shelves are nice quality--some roughness on the and some inconsistency in the stain but still they are the best looking shelves I could find for the money. I think they are more expensive than they should be for the quality, but there were no better options when I was researching this purchase (I bought 3 sets). Each shelve holds 4 pairs of ladies heels if I put each pair of shoes with one shoe pointed forward and one pointed backward. The height between shelves is sufficient for all of my heels. Here are the dimensions of one set of stacked shelves: 31 1/4 inches high, 27 1/2 inches wide, 7 1/4 inches from top of bottom 3 shelves to the bottom of the shelf above it.

Good looking shoe rack (FAIL)
I had the same problem as many others that purchased this D-ART COLLECTION Veranda Shoe Rack. It isn't very well stained (consistently), I had one of the shelves split when the screw was applied and will be in need of gluing and lastly.....I agree with some of the others that the top has the 4 holes for additional shelves which lessons the look value. A simple plug to fit in the exposed hole(s) would be acceptable. I just can't bring myself into giving it more than 2.5 stars. It is sturdy enough and would look much better if the above mentioned items were corrected.

Liked it enough to keep both
I was somehow shipped and charged for 2 but because it was easy to assemble and looked good, i decided to keep both. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 star is for the fact that the top rack has holes. These are stackable, which is great except for the visible holes on top and nothing to put on top to give it a finished look. I'm happy with it because it looks like its nice quality and all the pieces align well so no teeter tottering once built. It is perfect as a shoe rack or plant holders for your home.

I love this!
I love this shoe rack! I don't know what people are talking about when they say it's not sturdy. It's super sturdy! They must not have screwed the screws in all the way. It was difficult and took a lot of muscle strength (I'm a single girl with no power tools who doesn't work out), but it was doable, and a good workout. You do have to make sure you get the screws twisted in as tight as they go to keep the legs from wobbeling, but as long as you do that it's great! It even fits all of my platform shoes that other shoe racks don't have enough space between levels to fit all the way. Form and function in this piece are stellar. I wish I would't have wasted so much money on all those crappy plastic Target shoe racks that make me want to claw my eyes out every time I try to push the pole in one end and it pops out the other end. Just goes to show, you get what you pay for.
