I've always been taught that "what happens in the bathroom, stays in the bathroom", esp for ladies. Lol - But you're here reading reviews for the same reason we all at, so we can talk. ;)I've used this every year for the last 5 years or so, and it has amazed me every time. I deal with several health issues and medications and have for the last 20 yrs, and severe bloating and constipation has been terrible esp the last 2 years. I deal with severe adhesions in entire pelvic area and the worst part is the pain during dm's due to the colon being plastered to the pelvic floor and everything pulling and causing extreme pain. ( sorry if TMI) Actually that's just one issue that is effected by ADR, but it is one of the worst ones.I eat pretty health, no fried foods, don't really like sweets, rarely eat red meat due to being hard to digest and causes pain. My diet consists of greens, fruits and mostly gluetin free, etc. I've also used several products like Miralax, and other gentle fiber ones. While they may help to be more regular, nothing helps to get the body "totally cleaned out" like Colonix, nothing.I use the entire system for 3 months every year and you MUST follow the directions! Going too fast, taking too much, not using according to directions- and not drinking enough water will NOT WORK!! I honestly believe 99% of the negative comments are from people not doing this right or expecting miracles with out the work, and this does require commitment to your diet and directions for use. It's that simple.Following the directions, no one I've talked to that's used this system/products has had any issues with not seeing and feeling great results with in the first week, if not days. The 2nd and third months, oddly enough ( and kind of scary considering what's eliminated in the first week alone) are the months that really cleanse the system. Many reviews say they don't use the entire system as directed the first month, this is absolutely key to seeing results, and the best results. Fine tuning along the way is fine, but must be used as a system.The 2nd month the Toxinout system is the best used, then really just the Colonix and tea ( tea used as needed 3rd month, and there after) for the 3rd month. I always keep the Colonix powder on hand after the 3 months to help on those days after any hard to digest food or feeling sluggish and extra tired.It is very eye opening, and disgustingly wondrous, what you will soon find that has been hiding in your body and we've been living with, then wonder why we feel so crappy all the time. The wondering will stop after using this system, and so will the crappy feeling. Clearer mind, no more bloating, skin is amazing, hair and nails growing and both feel great. Sleep better and feel rested. That's how we all should always feel, not the way we've become accustomed. We try all these fad and trendy new things to feel better, when it all begins witha clean system. Yes it's more pricy than some systems/products, but we tend to end up wasting more money on things that dont work, medications for constipation, sleep, health issues concerning the bowels, etc. So your health and well being is well worth being taken care of right. For those who say it doesn't work like it used to, I too did a 30 day cleanse, 15 years ago, I decided to do it again as my tummy was rather puffy and my gut wasn't doing well. I just began my second month a week ago and plan to do the full 3 months as recommended this time, especially after what I got out about 3 weeks in. If you've followed the recommendations and did the 3 months first, no, It's not going to seem as though it's working the same since you don't have the buildup you once did! Just let me say, it appears to be working fine here! GETS GROSS, STOP READING HERE IF YOU'RE SENSITIVE!!! I unfortunately had a "mucosal plaque" aka "rope worm" come out of me, not once but 3 times, so far this time around! The first one being about 14 inches long and is obviously different from fecal matter, unless you're really watching, you may not even notice it, I almost didn't! Though I didn't lose any weight, the top of my gut is way down and I no longer feel so bloated after meals! I also noticed that I'm not catching everybody's colds/flu's, been exposed so many times this past month, or if I am, I'm Asymptomatic! Works For Me! :) All in all, I no longer feel like I have lead in my pockets, weighing me down, the top of my tummy has gone way down, I don't wake up feeling like a stiff marshmallow, the pain and swelling I once had in my ankles is gone! If one is faithful with the Colonix, It Works! Oh and Yes, you will have extra powder left but it's better than not enough!

The media could not be loaded. I honestly have tried a few different detoxes over the years but this one is legit the healthiest and most effective! It doesn't stop your life in its tracks but it is effective in cleaning old toxins out.
