The media could not be loaded.  For the price, it is a very good webcam. I bought the webcam to use with a Raspberry Pi running OctoPrint to monitor my 3D printer and occasionally make time-lapses so the quality was not paramount but would be nice. The manual focus is particularly nice for my situation as I simply set the focus at the right distance and never have to worry about autofocus. I have included a still taken from the webcam, the printer is moving so there is some blur but apart from that, the quality is good for the £16 I paid. I have a Logitech C920 webcam that I use with my computer so I was willing to spend more. I have included a comparison of 2 time-lapses, one from this webcam and one from the Logitech C920. Timelapses are from different times of the day so lighting is not the same but I think it can give an idea of how it compares to a webcam almost 5x the price (Amazon may compress the video quality too). Check for the best price but the unit is good and works well. Plugs and plays - no install trouble. Fixed focus but decent value.

Have had this now for 4 years and it hasn't faltered! Easy to install, great picture and unobtrusive.

Fine camera quality for the price, would do in a pinch. Micrphone quality has some awful low frequency static which is annoying to deal with, but again for the price I wasn't expecting much. More pressingly the camera seems to reset itself somewhat randomly, this causes at best drop outs in Zoom at worst unrecoverable crashes in other programs.Would probably recommend forking out a tad more for a better camera with more consistent quality

Camera image is good enough for all my needs. It's not pro quality of course, but perfectly adequate for Zoom etc.Auto brightness works well. Manual focus is easy to use. Colour rendition is fine.Microphone is great too - I have had many reports of excellent, natural sound quality.And one more thing - this camera works perfectly with LINUX (UBUNTU). Just plug in and it simply works. Great!

After considering other webcams, this not only came with good reviews but also super fast delivery, which were both important factors as the item was urgently required.Ordered on a Wednesday evening about 10 PM and it was delivered the following day about 1PM.Very easy to set up, not being hugely technologically minded that was the main concern but it was straightforward and quick.Used it a lot since receiving the webcam (24 hours ago) and wanted to leave a review to help others in their considerations.

Good webcam for the price. Clear picture, decent colours and built in mic is of good quality. One star off as there's no indicator light to show if the camera is on or not, which would be useful to ensure privacy.

Worked first time with no problems.Although I've been using computers for a long time, I'd never had a webcam; the laptops I've owned came from the pre-webcam era.When I've used Skype, it's always been in audio-only mode. However, some months ago (and this was pre-Covid), I needed to do some video-conferencing, so I thought I'd better get one. I did do some research, although no doubt there was more that one could do, but anyway, this seems to have been a good choice for my modest needs.Once Covid came along, I found further need for video-conferencing, so it was good to be already equipped, althouh I don't make heavy use of it.People who make e.g. Youtube videos will no doubt need something with much higher specs, but this is fine for the casual user.
