Removes makeup and leaves skin nice
I'm 55, my skin was oily up until about 4 years ago, and now has changed to somewhat dry. I used an exfoliator in the shower in the morning, this cleanser at night to remove makeup (I don't use waterproof products, so can't verify it would take off waterproof products). A little goes a long way, so the value will certainly be great. It effectively removes my makeup and leaves my skin feeling smooth. It's not "soapy" and it's not oily. I'd say it's just right!

Clean thoroughly and keeps hydrating
I feel like my skins get cleaned thoroughly with the rich foam. It leaves my skin soft and refreshing. Sensitive skin friendly and I also like it does not have strong smell.

It leaves your skin soft.
The cleanser has helped my face feel more refreshed and has cleared some of my forehead bumps. The consistency of the cleanser is a sticky kind. It left my skin softer.

Good, not great
TRUE ISLAND Alaska Aqua Cleansing Foam Hydrating Facial Cleanser w/Hyaluronic Acid: This is a pretty pearlescent creamy face cream cleanser in a tube. It didn't lather up as much as a similar product, and it washed off cleanly, leaving my face feeling a bit tight. It's fine, just not a keeper for me.

I LOVE THIS CLEANSER YOU ONLY NEED A PEA SIZE IN THE PALM OF YOUR HANDS BUT WET YOUR HANDS FIRST. It will last for months. Enjoy

Nice balanced foaming cleanser
A nice, hydrating foaming cleanser. Not too stripping or drying and nice value for the price. The hyaluronic acid is a nice addition as it helps to add extra moisture.

A fine drugstore-style face wash
This face wash was gentle on my sensitive skin. It smells like a generic white bar of soap, which is pretty meh. This face wash has a pearlescent sheen to it, and is on the thicker side.Foams nicely, rinses clean without leaving residue or feeling overly dry. I think it’s a good value if you aren’t looking to spend a ton but still want the benefits of an hyaluronic acid product.

Marshmallowy goodness
This glacial face cleanser is a very gentle cleanser that doesn't irritate my skin. It says it's a foam cleanser and it does lather really well into a thick almost cream, feeling like a marshmallow on my face. That may sound weird, but it's just so marshmallowy and nice to use. It doesn't feel like soap - it has a kind of silky feeling to it, like a slippery coating on your face when you wash, but it's not there after rinsing. I have a feeling this would foam up extremely well in one of those face wash whip tools to get the consistency shown in the listing's photos (you won't get that just using your hands). This also has a very light perfume smell to it that is gone as soon as you wash it off. Each of the products in True Island's Alaska Aqua line of skincare has a kind of gimmicky addition to fit the glacial theme. This one has a pearl-like shimmer to it, kind of mimicking snow. It's non-offensive, but also an unnecessary addition adding to the ingredients list. It's an absolutely lovely cleanser, but there are a lot of really nice cleansers out there and this one doesn't stand out to me above it's counterparts. This is, and they all are, equally good. I want to give this 4 stars because if that, but I keep coming back to it even though I do have other good cleansers, which speaks volumes.
