I had a stellar experience working with this seller and would recommend them again and again. Not only is the product gorgeous and well priced, their customer service was impeccable as well… I had a quote from my late mother engraved on the front of the bar for my sisters and wanted the bar to say “Mom” on the side that would make it appear as if it were under the quote when the bar was turned sideways. Apparently I mixed up whether that would be the right or left side of the bar and was disappointed when the two necklaces arrived soon after ordering with the word “Mom” above the quote. I contacted the seller the day I received the necklaces and explained the issue. They responded within 24 hours and said they would send out corrected necklaces ASAP, no charge. The necklaces arrived before Christmas, and they are perfect. So beautiful. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend anyone considering this company to make the wise choice of ordering from them. When ordering, keep in mind that the way the engraving is shown in the pictures, the names engraved as if they are under the quote (i.e. Clare, Mom) are written on the LEFT line. Thanks again!!

My BFF loved that she had her favorite scripture and knew that I really wanted to get her something special. So, for that alone she loved it. I thought the necklace itself looked nice, but I've asked her to measure the chain to make sure it was 17.5", because it looks really short. I would not want a bar necklace that short on me and I can tell she didn't like it that short either. It just looked odd. It landed in that spot where the collar bone has an indentation, if that makes sense? So, I was disappointed in that. I've never had a chain length of 17.5" hit me that high up. EDIT 12/14/2022 I forgot to mention that she said it came nicely packaged. She called me this morning to tell me she was meeting someone for breakfast and wearing her new necklace. She has an extender chain that made it fit better. I ordered the necklace on 12/9/2022 and it was delivered on 12/12/2022. I have PRIME.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Quality

1. Before submitting your purchase take a screenshot of the engraving you asked for. Because once you submit your order there's no other way you can see it again. (I didn't do it and had no way to prove a mistake) I had to re order it. made a comparison in the pics of the one week worn and the new one. So you can check it out. 2. Color. After a week of use it started fading. It's a nice piece but I expected to last a little bit longer. I used a layer of top coat nail polish on the back side that is in contact with my skin. Hopefully that will stop it. I don't know if is the low quality or just the fact that in summer we sweat a lil bit more. Whatever the case is I suggest to be more careful in choosing a color. I did got a lot of compliments. Everyone asked me where I bought it. First review ⬇️ There was a mistake in the engraving. Missed a number and in this case it is very important to have it. But it is beautiful, great quality, elegant. If it wasn't because of that mistake they would have made my day.

I was so surprised to see this personalized product ship out the next day! The price point was perfect, I was skeptical that it would turn out in such good quality given the low price but it far exceeded my expectations. The inscription was as described with no errors, and the engraving was deep and accurate enough to be legible from further away. The chain and vertical bar were of good quality, no chips or flaws in the metal were observed, even where the engraving was done. Now for the timing, the necklace was a gift for mothers day, although I planned further ahead than usual it was still only 6 business days prior. I came across this product and thought it was perfect but usually personalized jewelry takes several weeks so I was very pleased with the turn around time, but did not expect it as fast as it did. Gave me enough time to package nicely and send to its final destination. you can customize the length, type of material and of course the inscription to fit anyone's taste. This will definitely be a seller I will recommend and return to for future purchases.
