Polluting the water way too much.
Compared to retail shop-bought pellets it is dissolving too quickly and polluting the water. You need a really strong filtration for that, or feed individually.

Stains the fish tank with a reddish colour however the turtles love it I try to put it ok their feeding tray however some might fall in.

Discoloured my tank.
I bought these for my turtles. I have always fed them dried blood worm. This is the first time I have bought this item.It seemed good value for money.At first I was impressed, I followed the instructions, I was disappointed that it has caused my tank to discolour.I,m not sure if I will still use it. I’ve just changed my filter hoping the redness will go.I have had to buy the food I always use. I,m a bit disappointed. I won’t be buying again.
