A perfect device doing its job as described!
UPDATE: 09/03/2019Dropped rating from 5 to 1 star. Stopped working after 3 weeks. Tried to reset, power recycling, nothing helped. Doesn't track anymore. Initiated return!******Original Review*********Please read the instructions clearly before proceeding with installation! Though instructions are not super clear and complete but will work fine if you patiently do it right.This is an early review - I used it for only 5 days. So far it works great. I can do real time tracking etc. Check attached images.Make sure you keep the packing and all documents came with it for future use. This is very important!

Bad tech support
I bought 2. One on truck, works like a charm. 2nd went on motorcycle and is working, but link to set up sim card is givivng error. I spoke with tech via Amazon a couple times, been over a week now and they're not responding.

do not order
No customer service..Do Not purchase! We ordered item then they want you to purchase sim card for tracking, we did that! Downloaded the card, which cost $66.99, didn't work, tried to download again and they wanted to charge another $66.99. Tried various was of trying to get the problem resolved, there is no number to call and they don't answer emails. Product can not be used without the sim card tracking. Still trying to get resolved, still NO luck weeks later.

I already made my return of this product, it does not work. first that the application does not work to register the chip. according to the product gives no signal I did the test with 2 chip plus what is in the box. I spent $ 65 for my mechanic to install and I just lost money. and it's been a few days since I shipped the product and the seller has not confirmed that the return arrived I'm very angry!

sort of works, there are better but this one is cheap monthly...
wont always update, realtime not that great, maybe could let you know its moving when your not with vehicle, but wont give exact location after that... - I already replaced it with a Land Air Sea 54 - much more accurate.

App doesn't work
Went thru several steps to get this set up and it became a headache! There is no one you can contact for help its all thru email that takes a day or two to reply. The app shows the device is in Hawaii when I am in Omaha NE. I bought 4 at once and am returning them all!!
