You will need some air holes and I would suggest that you put the holes directly over the three capacitors on each side of the heat sink. Then you should mount the board with the heatsink fins vertical. Total area of the fins (or slots if your'e so inclined) should be about 1.5 sq inch. Better yet would be bottom and sides without a top. And much easier to design and print.
