This pen is wonderful, and less than half the cost of most of the other name brands. The nib is exceedingly smooth. Every time I use the pen signing something in public, I get comments. Then I let them write with it and they want to buy one immediately! A great pen, and an amazing company. I highly recommend this pen!

Delivered in a fancy shopping bag with a wooden box and the craftmanship is incredible. I have been looking for a wood fountain pen and this one looked like a bargain compared to others. When it came I was knocked out. It is a true luxury item priced as a generic knock off. I have a feeling I will be buying more in the different species of wood available. Fine nib but the ink flows well.

These will work well

The top screws on to cover the pen and also screws on the back to balance the pen when writing. The diameter of the pen fits my hand well, and has enough weight to feel comfortable and controlled. The pen comes with refillable ink cartridge and some cartridges of ink. The refillable cartridge is larger than some others I have seen. It writes very smoothly, and maintains a constant ink flow . It does not require much pressure to write with. This pen appears to be better made than the majority on Amazon. Most other pens focus on the appearance and style of the pen rather than on its worth to function well. The others all seem to use the same pen hardware too. this one is different. I find myself enjoying writing with this pen!

This pen is great. It writes smoothly and has a great weight and the wood is beautiful. My one thing is that the ink cartridges are tough to fit into the shaft. Even the converter and cartridges that came with it would not fit well until I scraped some gunk out of the shaft. Now, they will fit but I have to shove them in there. Only reason this pen isn't 5 stars.Update: I've had the pen around 2 years now, and I love it more than ever. I go through spells where I don't use the pen, and pick it up to find it writes perfectly. My other fountain pens tend to gunk up and/or leak if not used frequently, but this one works like a charm. I'm going to buy another one soon.

The only thing I found annoying about this pen was the weight, however, that will becomes less notable with use. The flow of ink is stellar on par with other ball point pens. Yet, still having that signature fountain pen feel. I love the design and the wood feel perfect in your hand. The nib is created using iridium and is very fun to use. The ink converter is extremely simple to use and satisfying to put extra with. Assembly is a breeze and compared to my old pen ethereal. No spill or having to wipe anything down.I spent the last two hour doing mathematics with this pen and I must say I adore using it is make doing tedious calculations a joy to do. (Although, to me they all ready are, physics major's bias I suppose)

I've had fountain pens more expensive than this one that didn't last as long. As with any fine-nibbed pen, buying the right ink matters; a cheap ink or mass-produced cartridges will gum up the works of any pen. I'm a fan of Noodler's Ink. I'm not exaggerating when I say I can leave the pen untouched for a month at a time and then pick it up and it writes beautifully from the very first stroke. I've been using this pen as my daily driver nearly two years now, and it's still flawless.

I bought this for my father for father's day. He loves pens, particularly ones that write well. He doesn't have a lot of experience with high end pens as he is always a frugal man, but he did like this pen very much. It writes smooth and the options for all the different ways to fill the pen (refills or the suction thingy that I cant remember what its called.) make it versatile. He already had ink as he has been playing with a dipping pen and was able to use that same ink without issue.

The Lachieva Lux Walnut ' fountain pen' is incredible. I've used various fountain pens, but this one is simply my favorite. Yes, it's a little pricey, but you won't regret it. The design is simple but elegant. The quality is what sets it apart. I will purchase another pen from Lachieva Lux. Truly the best pen I have used!

Ich bin begeistert!Insgesamt kommt der Artikel in einer durchdachten Präsentation an die Haustür.Nach dem Öffnen des Amazon-Kartons, begrüßt eine schwarze Stofftasche mit goldenem Logo den neuen Besitzer, in der er/sie ein elegantes schmales Schächtelchen in Perlmuttoptik vorfindet.Heraus zieht man eine edle helle Holzschatulle mit kastanienbraunem Deckel, die optisch wirklich etwas hermacht! <3Das Holz schimmert je nach Faserverlauf silbrig golden im Licht.Der Füllfederhalter selbst, was soll ich sagen: ein Traum!Das rötlich braune Rosenholz das in Schichten schimmert, eingefasst in glatten Edelstahl.Fällt der Blick einmal darauf, möchte man im wahrsten Sinne das Wort "ergreifen".Eine Feder die in die Hand genommen werden WILL.Für einen sichereren Halt, lässt sich die Kappe hinten bequem aufschrauben.(Tolles Extra: im Innern befindet sich bereits ein aufziehbarer Kolbenkonverter).Zum Schreibempfinden:Der Tintenfluss ist makellos! Die Feder gleitet nur so über das Papier, ohne im Mindesten zu kratzen. Auch Aussetzer im Strichfluss gibt es nicht.Das Schreiben per Hand macht wieder RICHTIG SPAẞ!Temporärer Makel:Der Deckel scheint zunächst nicht fest zu schließen. Einerseits rastet er nicht ein und zum anderen ist er nach einer halben Umdrehung wieder komplett offen/abnehmbar.*Service-Support:Ich hatte deswegen den Verkäufer kontaktiert, denn ich wollte das Problem eher versuchen zu lösen anstatt einen Füllfederhalter zurückzusenden, in den ich mich bereits verliebt hatte.Und siehe da: kurzerhand schickten sie mir einen Ersatz zu, OHNE AUFPREIS ODER AUSTAUSCH! <3<3<3Geht es noch besser?Vielen Dank nochmal an den phänomenalen Service! Echt spitze, weiter so!*Lösung (bzgl. Makel):Mit der Ersatzlieferung hab ich mich schließlich getraut, ein Risiko beim alten Füller einzugehen.Ich habe den Deckel zunächst abgenommen und am hinteren Teil des Federhalters angeschraubt. Anschließend, ganz vorsichtig! und mit viel Gefühl, hab ich den Deckel weiter ins Gewinde gedreht (zugedreht) und bemerkt, dass sich die Position des Ansteckclips am Deckel ändert - anders ausgedrückt: man dreht den Deckel stärker ein.Nun, problemlos und ohne Schäden, besitzt der Deckel statt einer halben, 1 ½ Drehungen um zu öffnen UND RASTET SOGAR SANFT EIN!Der Deckel steht jetzt garantiert nicht mehr in der Gefahr versehentlich verloren zu gehen. ;-)

The pen writes smoothly, the finish is impeccable and it comes with a nice wooden case. This is a beautiful pen that exudes quality. I highly recommend it.

Very smooth action on the piston - I liked them!They are serviceable.

This worked perfectly for a cheap 16 dollars faber castell fountain pen I bought so it should work for most of their pod systems. Also comes with 5 which is a better savings then most other converters on here.
