I have had several pieces of Swiss Diamond cookware, we have had many different brands both gifted and purchased. When I purchased the first piece of Swiss Diamond at a gourmet cookware store the sales person told me this was the best we could buy. They were correct in every way. Extremely non-stick with all foods, easily cleaned in just soap and water, will last for years with no deteriation in its initial qualities. The ability to sear a steak and go directly in a hot oven is a wonderful feature. There are other non-stick pans available, but they do not hold up and must be discarded too soon.⁰ I do not like buying the same thing multiple times, you buy quality and it last and performs.

After using the non-stick pan for about a year and a half it progressively began losing its non-stick ability. After submitting a warranty claim for a replacement they said “The pan shows signs of carbonization. When oils are not thoroughly removed off the surface after each and every use coupled with high heat, they can bake into the coating causing a brownish hue and cause the pan to lose its nonstick abilities. Unfortunately, this damage is permanent”, which is a crock. The pan was not used with high heat and it was washed with soap and water (suggested washing instructions) after EVERY USE.

Love Swiss diamond pans ! The only nonstick pans I will buy for stove top cooking and oven safe use. These pans will last a life time with proper care. They really are nonstick ! 100% above All Clad nonstick pans. I use the induction model, but the non induction models are the same excellent nonstick quality. Great gift for the cook in your family!!!

No need for high heat ,because it distributes the heat evenly. Very easy to clean. I bought silicone tools so I won't damage the finish. Follow the directions included , and you should have no trouble !

This was a waste of money for a cooking pan and here is why I don't like it.-Busy day and you want to cook a quick meal, this pan takes at least 10 to 15 minutes to heat up adding time to your day.-The nonstick quality is worse than much cheaper pans, I used the instructions which says do not turn your burner up past 7, and never use oil. And making grilled cheese or eggs always sticks to the pan.-Construction of the pan is filmize, handle is loose and wiggles, the lid with steamer is not airtight even when put in the closed selection it still vents steam.Honestly, I wish I could return it and buy three Costco cheap nonstick pan sets, worst thing I have ever bought for cooking. I don't ever write reviews for anything, but I don't want other folks wasting hard earned money on this pan when cheaper pans do such a better job.

Great little fry pan with lid- great for making breakfast.
