Rosewood Blue Ribbon Japanese Torii Gate, Green/Gray, Resin, Wall Mount, 18cm x 14cm, Dog, All Life Stages

We got this torii gate for our Japanese themed aquarium. We are currently in Japan and we have not seen this torii gate decoration here. We were worried about ordering it online since we didn’t know if we’ll get it in one piece. Decided to take the risk and now we have the perfect torii gate! Our fishes love it!

I don't like to write bad reviews, being an Amazon selling myself, but this product is garbage. It looks like it was painted by a blind dog. Also, the wood frame looks like it was broken in half at some point and was glued back together with cheap epoxy, except the seller made no effort to blend it in, so it has this ugly bulge everywhere. Lastly, the box looks like someone kicked it really hard, so some of the pieces came broken. HONESTLY, THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT I'VE EVER BOUGHT THROUGH AMAZON. DO NOT BUY.

Very nice replica. I have had similar product for the aquariums and I can confirm many people’s observations. When the item comes from China and mentions its painted, don’t waste your money!! The paint won’t even last underwater for a month before it starts coming off! SHAME ON ANY AND ALL AQUARIUM SUPPLIERS THAT SALES ANY PRODUCTS FROM CHINA THAT ARE PAINTED! I have no idea if the paint is harmful to the fish, but is it worth taking a chance? I purchased this for use on bonsai’s that I am creating. It will work great for that purpose but I would not recommend submerging it under water.

Bought for my 10 gallon fish tank and it looks great. Good height as well. The paint is peeling off a little now but I still like it.

Beautiful, but arrived broken into 3 pieces and banged up, with additional chips in the paint and small details. …It seems like this company might be trying to sell broken merchandise in the hopes customers will superglue it back together rather than return it. :-/

It is detailed and painted very nicely. The shillings on the top are more of a light sage green than grey and the black piece has some dark gold detailing that you can't see in the picture. I have it in a 20g and when I get the other piece I'm waiting for I'll post pictures of how it looks in the tank. Overall a very nice piece that I'd buy again.

I use this for our display of Kumihimo Cords that my wife creates The Kumihimo cord was first created by a form of finger-loop braiding in the age of the samurai. Later, tools such as the marudai and takadai were employed to make more complex braids in shorter time. The most prominent historical use of the cords was by samurai as both a functional and decorative way to lace their lamellar armor and their horses' armor barding. Kumihimo cords are now used as ties on haori jackets, which are used for tying on an obi (kimono sash).

the paint quickly fails and falls off. I wouldnt buy this product.

The gate looks amazing. Such lovely fine detail. It looks amazing in my aquarium. I read some reviews where the gate was damaged etc, but my one was very well wrapped in bubble wrap. I'm very pleased.

Es steht bei mir im Bachlauf am Teich. Die Qualität ist sehr gut, es steht im fließenden Wasser und sieht da echt toll aus. Seit einigen Wochen steht es da im freien und die Farben sehen super aus. Kann ich empfehlen.

Article arrivé bien emballé et en bon état. Je l'ai pris pour une décoration japonisante de mon salon ,il rend très bien sur une étagère, les couleurs sont réalistes ( même si la vrai porte est plus claire ) et les finitions sont bien .Bref je suis satisfaite de cet achat 👍
