I have been using this off and on over the past year. It does take a little while to start showing progress, but it is easy to do and does start to whiten your teeth.

I have been using this product consistently for about a year, I think it does the job, is easy to use. The reason I am only giving three stars is because I do not feel that the results last very long. I have to use it twice a day in order to keep up with the lighter shades I am achieving. Maybe that just has to do with my food intake, however, I will be looking for another product to try soon.

Quite frankly, I was not very diligent about using this product, but it worked well anyway. Instead of using it every day, I used it several times a week. I have never been a smoker, but I have been a coffee drinker for years. I even used to drink my coffee black, and I prefer red wine to white. These habits took a toll on my teeth, and once, many years ago, I even had my teeth professionally whitened, which produced a noticeable result that garnered many compliments. But years passed, and I did not want to repeat the process because of the cost and also because of the aftershocks, sometimes called "zingers" -- sudden pains in my teeth that would have been unbearable if they hadn't been transient. Luckily, they went away, but I never wanted to repeat the experiment. Then I tried this product, which is far less costly than a professional whitening. Even though I did not entirely use it as suggested, there was a noticeable whitening, and I never experienced a "zinger."

They def worked and I’m a tea drinker and a vaper and my teeth dentist said are nice and white the other day and I have had sensitive teeth to the strips u have to stick on or they irrated my gums and these pens didn’t and I haven’t had to buy them yet in a few months again and they lasted awhile the package of pens
