NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM SHENZHEN CHINA...it worked for maybe month!! No instructions how to charge..instructions were wacky, bad English. Made no sense at all..will just trash it. But wanted to review so others don’t waste your money on this garbage...

I am not an expert on these kinds of products, but so far the pore vacuum appears to help remove blackheads with careful use. I really like that the box is small enough for a typical vanity drawer, yet also it provides enough space for extra facial-related tools and products.

I love this product and the affordable price. I use it every other day for just over a week now, and I see a significant improvement in my skin already. I can easily use it on my face without help. I do recommend using your free hand to pull your skin tight before vacuuming all areas. I am so glad I chose to order this item!

For $16, this product isn't too bad, but it does need some improvement, for sure. The package includes the vacuum, 4 heads, and a USB cord for charging, along with a very weird description packet. The suction is VERY powerful (I only really keep it on 1), and your face feels super soft after using it, so at least it feels nice, if anything. :) The design makes your nose difficult to suction, so just make sure you're moving the head around so you can actually feel a suction when you do it, and you know it's working. Cleaning the heads after use seems easy enough, but cleaning the actual vacuum - well, that doesn't seem too easy, and particles DO get on the actual vacuum, so that's a con. Also, they need to do some serious work on their insert. They give you NO directions on how to use or clean this thing. I had to look at other reviews and do some research on my own.What I've gathered:1. DO NOT use it for too long in one spot for obvious reasons... unless you want hickies on your face. Instead, keep moving it all around your face slowly.2. Stick to lower level settings to start and try it on your hand first.3. Try the different heads to see which one feels the best on your face (note: the big one had too much suction and kind of hurt). They say the heads do different things, but the packet makes no sense, so I just tried out all of them myself4. The on/off is a touch screen. You have to hold the black screen down to turn on/off. There are 3 suction strengths.In all, for $16 I'd say this product was ok. The suction is great, my face feels soft, but the instructions leave a lot to be desired, and I don't know how well it *actually* cleaned my face otherwise.

Despite my attempting to charge the product, no indicator light would come on, and the device wouldn't turn on, at all.

Wow! This pore vacuum is really good. It removes dirt and loose blackhead from face. Face feels smooth after use. Follow directions carefully though. It's easy to use: steam your face and roll the suction tip over the problem areas for a few seconds! It is amazing how smooth your face feels and how much gunk is in the tube after. It's also very easy to clean!

I bought this one because it looked upgraded. But, although it’s easy to use the suction power is subpar. The suction doesn’t really have enough power

There's no instruction provided for changing the filter. It comes with replacements so I know the filter comes out. Instructions weren't clear. I'm sending back for a refund.
