Fascinating Story, Gorgeous Book
I've been a huge fan of both authors long before 40 Days of Dating came about. As a graphic designer, I've admired their work since the beginning. When this blog came out, it made a huge splash. I read it every day at work, hiding the tab in between actual work being done. I devoured each day. It just couldn't be published fast enough.Needless to say, I had this book on preorder the moment I heard it was coming out. I was not disappointed.First off, from a purely aesthetic point, this book is gorgeous. It is full of work from both talented designers and it is simply a feast for your eyes. I can't rave enough about the solid design of this book. Most importantly, however, is the story. All the original content from the blog has been included, plus quite a bit more. I actually started reading where the blog ended, filling in the story page by page. It's a fascinating story about love and fame that was just not expected. You'll fall in love with Timothy and Jessica. You'll wonder where they've been all your life.Just do yourself the favor. Get this book.I can't wait to see what they do next.

Ripped
Happy it came in but annoyed about the rip. This should of been looked over before shipping.

Interesting style but raw.
I really did somewhat enjoyed the different type of writing style. With a big plus of raw information. Both of them blend together pretty well for me to be constantly curious. Personally, I never had a relationship or dating too much. Of course, I have my own issues but I do enjoying hear the “the language of raw affection”. However, I gave this story three stars not because of what happened in the end. It is more about the difference between enjoying it and hooking into it. That’s why...

Online format easier to read, but more content in book.
The format of the blog entries is not as easy to read as the online posts were. Often the illustrations are cut off due to formatting between the two pages. Other than that, the book is a great buy. So cool to see insight into life after 40 Days of Dating.

A rewarding addition following the blog
This book is eye candy, full of fun artwork and extra stories that weren't mentioned in the blog, like Jessie & Tim growing up, to fun answers and stories of love from other people. It also has the juicy aftermath of the end of the 40 days experiment (they continued to document it!) and is just a wonderful book for the fans! I highly recommend for anyone who loved following Jessie & Tim's story.

Highly recommend this compelling and candid account of a brave experiment ...
Highly recommend this compelling and candid account of a brave experiment between best friends grappling with the life's most complicated issues: love, friendship, family, friends, & careers. I love their passion, honesty ,and genuine tenderness. I was completely caught up and did not want it to end.

I loved the original blog
I loved the original blog, and the additional information is great, but I hate the layout of the blog content itself. So much of the beautiful imagery was cut and broken over pages to preserve the original web layout. So disappointing.

Four Stars
Funny and it was great to read about after the experiment ended. Beautiful graphics just like on the blog.

One of my favourites
Full of lovely typographic illustrations as well as being a good read! Such an interesting experiment, definitely one for any bookshelf, creative or not.

Libro maltratado
Recibí el libro pero no está empacado. Llegó sin protección y está maltratado.

boring
It's funny to see the colors and the design of the book but it's really boring to read, very long and the questions at they answer are always the same; I red the three first pages of the interview and after I stopped.

40 days of dating
No he podido esperar a ver si lo editan en español. Así tengo una excusa para leer en inglés y mejorar el idioma.

Nice Art Piece
I first fell in love with the blog, then with their Instagram and twitter. I followed them every day, in a spasmodic way, in order to know the development of the experiment.I loved the way it was realized: easy to read and catchy to see.Unfortunately the same structure is not strong enough for a printed book.It is a bit difficult to follow the narrative flow with all those graphic design elements that, at the end of the page, result disturbing and interrupt the plot. There is not the same level of "I wanna know more" of every common novel. While reading the book I had the impression it was a super nice graphic design project. But not intended as a book to be read.In conclusion, I do recommend to first read the blog and then buy the book as a "souvenir" of amazing artistic work of Jessica and Tim.PS: They promised some gadgets for all the presales. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING! So disappointed
