Very versatile, nutty, easy to use
A lot of people have mixes reviews, but I'm telling you this as openly as I can- it's a safe food for me.It's very versatile so you can use it in smoothies, oatmeal, or just mix with water and whatever seasonings you want as a dip. It's defatted, so don't expect the fatty oily goodness of normal almond butter. But it's very good with some salt, Stevia, and cinnamon for a great dip.It takes a second or so for it to absorb water, so mix slowly and expect it to soak it up after you already mixed- you may need more water than you think.I'm in recovery for an eating disorder, so real almonds and almond butter scares me, but this is a safe food, and it's really tasty and has a good amount of protein

Meh, it's okay.
EDIT: I purchased the powdered almond butter again from my local grocery store after reading the comments here that there was a difference, and there was DEFINITELY a difference in taste. The one I purchased locally was (cheaper by like $6 first of all—free shipping my foot) much tastier. It had a more almondy flavor and tasted...cleaner. I think maybe the warehouse is too hot for this product and it gets rancid by the time it arrives. (That or it’s not real almond butter that we’re getting & I’m terrified as to what I ate.) I only recommend purchasing this locally.Original review: I tried to use this in the same way I use powdered peanut butter (as a spread) and wasn't impressed. (If you're using it this way it requires a lot more water or milk because it absorbs more.) It has a VERY mild flavor, almost like nothing but with a little hint of almond. I mixed it with cashew milk and added salt and it was still kind of like eating clay. I'm probably just going to make mug brownies with it instead. I can definitely find a use for it, but for the price, I probably wouldn't repurchase though.

Disgusting
The powdered variety is terrible - I couldn't stomach even a teaspoon of it. It's gritty and bland - feels like eating sand. Now i'm stuck with a $14 jar of this stuff that i can't return - thanks a lot.Do yourself a favor and don't buy this.

Disgusting taste, likely almond meal or pulp
I do wanted to like this because the price is reasonable. However, the price may reflect the quality. This doesn’t taste like almonds. After I read more carefully, it says they use blanched almonds. To me it tastes like made of almond meal, which means all the nutrition is mostly gone. The powder itself melts so quickly it’s weird. Compared to pb & me, which is also unsweetened, pb ever tastes 100 times better. I will never get this product again!

Excruciatingly Bad
I rarely if ever leave a bad review, but this stuff tastes SO bad, and I use peanut butter powder all the time, so I’m accustomed to how it doesn’t taste exactly like the real thing. I think these almonds need to be roasted or processed differently before pressing out the oil. I had a few bites and could not even stomach eating any more.

Tastes like nothing
I bought this powdered almond butter to use in smoothies and to mix into oatmeal. At first I tried 1 Tbsp in my oatmeal and didn't get any taste what so ever. Then I thought I'd try 2 Tbsps (it's the serving size after all). Still - no taste, not even a hint of almond butter flavor. Unfortunately I can't return or get a refund. I'll be buying the PB2 powdered peanut butter since I know this has a peanut butter flavor.

Great!
Love this! I use peanut butter powder for a lot of my oatmeal’s as it’s on our macro diet. I wanted to be able to do some other flavors as the pb taste is pretty strong, this works great! It is a little expensive but with a coupon and subscribe and save I got a really good deal on it. It’s great with a tablespoon with oatmeal and water and then top with things like protein powder, coconut, fruit, choc chips, etc

Good product, reasonable price.
This fits my macros, ,and is far cheaper than some other brands with the same quality. No stores near me carry powdered almond butter (I am allergic to peanuts, so that's not an option), so this is a good option for me. It does take a good bit of water to be creamy, which is totally fine. It's obviously not going to mimic regular almond butter given that the fat has been removed. but it's a really nice way to make an approximation of almond butter dips and spreads.
