Rated it a 4 star because it would have been a 5 star if it was a bit bigger for its value. Well made and good music volume. Packaged arrived ahead of time.

Although the first one I received was defective, Amazon and the vendor were quick enough to replace the faulty product. I love this music box. The details are intricate and delicately handmade. The music is also very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I just wish it would last a little bit longer. I enjoy watching the car revolve around the Eiffel Tower - it's very cute.

Received the package and the box it came in was dented but luckily the music box was wrapped very well. There was some thick dust in some of the small areas but it comes off once you wipe it down. Be gentle with the winding part under the music box. You're able to unscrew the bottom and fix the motor if the music doesn't play initially.

I love music boxes. Really wonderful and comparable quality to the more expensive Papyrus brand music boxes. Even comparable to my $200 German made one.Very pleased. I bought the Christmas train one with “We wish you a Merry Christmas” song for my 3, 12 & 13 year old boys and all 3 were just delighted with it. And I can let them play with it all they like. I will def be purchasing more for gifts.Great purchase. I will update if it falls apart!

Product was cute, ordered on the 6th of December hoping to have it out for decorations, it came in Christmas eve. The screw had stripped out of the rear train car, since it was in a small ziploc I'd believe the packer knew it broken. Was going to just glue it as it wasn't a big deal but the switch to turn the music on wouldn't engage so no music, no movement. No excitement for my kids to watch.

Cute, but was so poorly packaged the car was crushed. My hubs is glowing it back together. It took forever to arrive. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Product arrived with broken pieces and poor quality item. Plastic switch not flush to side and pieces are generic (similar pieces used on 3 box models purchased). Mistakenly thought I was buying brand ‘Wonderful Life’ music boxes, am waiting for refund - would not waste your money on these.

A very sweet little gift for my nephew's. The music is soft and gentle. The only thing is if the links holding the train cars together is slightly off the train gets derailed. A simple fox to do by hand though.

I gave it to my daughter for her 11th birthday. She was thrilled. Very cute with great craftsmanship. Well worth it. Only down part is it took quite a while to arrive.
