I didn't receive the correct model. I ordered the pink nozzle version because it's what I've used before with much success. Instead I received the red one, which is a different design. The tube isn't as soft and is difficult to manage. Cleaning is also more difficult.And, no, I didn't go through the hassle of returning and exchanging the item, due to the long shipping/delivery time. I needed something to use straight away and couldn't wait for a replacement.
