Most recipe cards have colorful designs that both take up a lot of space in the card but also make it necessary to adjust your template if you are using your computer to print your cards.These are not only elegant, but they give you maximum usable space and the designs do not detract from your printed recipe.

These cards are a matte finish so any kind of pen or pencil writes well on them. I bought these for my sister (including the matching recipe book) and wrote out some of my favorite recipes as a gift for her; they're a good size for recipes of moderate complexity. Some of the more complex dishes took two cards, but it worked out fine. I liked this set so much I plan to purchase one for myself. High quality and good value, can't beat that.

I bought these cards based on the reviews online and the photo of the card. I ordered these to be tucked into a kitchen shower invitation for guests to bring a recipe to share with the bride. The design is simple, elegant, and the card stock is high quality. Many recipe card designs are "cheesy" in my opinion - too country or bold in design and will look dated very quickly. This design is timeless and won't "fight" with the shower invitation design - looks like it was made to go with the invitation due to its simplicity and elegant black print.

I used a bunch as soon as I got them. Pretty basic but does the job.

I ordered these cards first in 2015 as they are very nice, heavy cards and I needed some extra now so ordered another package. Those cards had 12 lines on the front for writing on. This new package has only 10 lines so they are wider spaced a little further apart and therefore you can't get as much written on the card as before. Some recipes are long with many ingredients, I preferred the cards with 12 lines that were spaced just a little closer.

Ordered 4 or 5 packs of these to fill the matching recipe box. These are good quality, thick, my gel pens do not bleed through. Plenty of space for most recipes, listing ingredients on one side and directions on the other side. Will likely get the clear recipe card pockets to protect them, as I always have to be careful to not get food on them when cooking.

By far the best recipe cards I've used. I prefer a classic look that won't be outdated by either time or my own tastes in a few years. They are simple, elegant, and allow for fairly long entries due to the lined back (which is a great feature that I don't always see on some recipe cards). I have recently been writing down many of my recipes and these are the only cards I've now used. I've had to repurchase them a few times and I'm sure I will repurchase more. Great cards!

I HAVE PURCHASES SEVERAL OF THESE CARDS FOR MY ESSENTIAL OIL RECIPES. THEY ARE THICK STALK, WELL MADE AND HANDSOME JUST WHAT I NEEDED FOR MY RECIPES. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND I WILL ORDER MORE FROM THEM WHEN I NEED THEM.

I wish that this recipe card had indicated who was filling out the recipe as I am sending cards out around the world for my children's family cookbook. This is just one suggestion. Apart from that, we LOVE the cards - there are ones that are more feminine and others that I could use in our son's cookbook. I think that they will both be very surprised!
