AR Levels
My 7 year old likes these and was engaged. However, I think they've set the bar a little low as far as vocabulary goes. The old hardy boys are harder to read but also have a broad range of descriptive terms. Just because a childs reading level is lower doesnt give reason to use less colorful language. Maybe it's a sign of the times. The AR levels are below: Trouble at the Arcade 3.6 Mystery Map 3.5 Missing Mitt 3.7 Hopping Mad 4.3 A Monster of a Mystery 3.6

Nice children’s book bundle
Bought for my grandsons birthday, can’t wait to hear what he thinks. The drew mysteries were a big thing years ago and I don’t doubt they are still enjoyed now. Getting 5 books in the series at a great price was something that caught my eye. The books were packaged very nicely. I’m looking forward to getting more drew mystery books in the future.

Perfect for a young boy
I bought these as a gift for a young boy because I grew up reading the classic Hardy Boy books. I was worried about the plots being too scary for a very young reader and found these online. They are perfect. The plots on these are simple, engaging, and involve things this young boy already loves (video games, playing baseball, etc). They're short books, easy reads, and great to get a young boy reading books for fun.

Grandson loves to read. Bought this for something new and he loves the adventure and trying to figure out the crime. Great read for young boys.
