My daughter really loves the Hank the cowdog series! These paperback books come in great new condition and are great for the early reader! We read these in 2nd and 3rd grade and has been read in her classroom. Great series! Highly recommend for your young reader

If you haven't been introduced to Hank the Cowdog yet, treat yourself! This is a fun series to read to the kids, and the adults will love it, too. Lots of humor and insight into human behavior, translated by the animals. Read to our sons, who loved them, and now reading to our grandson.

My husband and I are reading through these books with my son. He’s 15 m old so for now he just plays while we read in the background. I hope he grows up loving them and reading them himself one day.

I read these to my daughters from the schools library in the 1990’s and now I purchased them and starting reading them to my Grandson in kindergarten! I know my granddaughter and baby grandson will enjoy them in time also! We are Texans, so the accent comes naturally to us! I think the books are for children in 3rd grade or so.

A great lighthearted, fun book. Designed for bedtime reading. Read the first couple chapters and then the kids were engaged enough to take over. We will be working our way through the whole series. Thumbs up!

This is one of the funniest "American farm dog" series of stories you will find. Easy to read for a young person, full of cheeky characters.
