Only 3 stars right now:1. They ARE comfortable!2. The sound is really good!However:TWICE in the 3 hours I've used them, the volume has suddenly gone to maximum for no apparent reason, nearly killing me...(!) ANDThe "headphones in use" icon on my LG G2 (Verizon) randomly switches between the "headphones only" icon and the "headphones with mic" icon, without my touching any buttons anywhere. When it does this, it stops my music, and won't allow me to start it playing again. I need either a new set of these earphones, or a set of instructions.Found the "Contact Seller" link, so we'll see what they say...I should add that this is my first smartphone, and I haven't had it too long; however, the volume thing hasn't happened before, so I assume it's an earphone issue...Will update my review when this gets settled...Update: CellularVilla customer service was very UN-helpful. This is the entirety of their anwer:"We never had any issue with any of our headphones. Your G 2 phone may not be compatible with the headphone.Thanks,Cellularvilla "I find this highly uncaring and unsatisfactory.ALSO - I tried to use the earphones to make a phone call, and no one could hear me. The main reason I bought this was to be able to answer the phone while driving, but apparently the mic doesn't work, either.So, comfortable and great sound, but useless as a hands-free headset for your phone; and FORGET getting any help from their crappy customer service!

Nothing to write home about, but not real bad either. Just meh. I don't find them terribly comfortable in my small ears (yes, I always use the smallest size ear piece), and they fall out a lot since they are rear-heavy. Thankfully, I found my trusty set and these sit around strictly for emergency use (like when other people need to borrow a set lol). You'd be better off with an iFrogz set.

On Day 3, the plastic, metal-color rings slid off each earphone "rod" and down the black cord. Of course, I would slid them back in position, only to have the rings slid off again -- this happened several times each day. On Day 5, one ear phone became static -- interfering with my enjoyment of the music . Day 6, the "static" ear phone stopped working entirely; the other side continued to work just fine. I have just tossed the earphones into the garbage.

One of the ear phones stopped working less than 2 weeks after I started using them.

These earbuds aren't so great. They broke within a month, the quality isn't good, the sound quality is even worse. But they are cheap, so I guess that's good. I wouldn't recommend.

I loved these headset... But it broke literally one week later :-( Poor quality

I just received these and decided to test them out with music on my phone. This headset has amazing sound quality. They sound better than the expensive speakers in my car. They completely block out outside noises and sound great.
