Great product, packed real good
My over the sink light quit. Upon checking saw the bulb had burned out. Since we put this in when we redid the kitchen in 2007 it wasn't a surprise. We had some trouble finding a replacement bulb that didn't cost more to ship than the bulb itself. Then we found this one. It was packed exceedingly well so arrived just fine. Put the light back together with new bulb and now there is light...again!Thank you!

Thank you so much for the very careful packaging of the very long tube light, I was worried for nothing!! The tube light was closely wrapped in 2 layers of brown paper, the bubble wrap taped around that, then snugly packed into a sturdy mailing tube. It arrived several days before the original expected date, and fit my under cabinet fixture perfectly. Took about 20 seconds to put it in the fixture, position it to the contacts, and switch it on. I enjoyed reading the insert about the start of the family business and how it has grown over the years. wont light up.
they won't light up. the ends are shiny green. Is this something that stays on the light or is it supposed to be removed?
