Fanola No Yellow Shampoo, 350 ml

If you have blonde hair and want the yellowy colour gone then this is the shampoo for you!! It is absolutely excellent and makes my hair a grey/purple colour.. I love it!!

This is by far the best purple shampoo I’ve tried in terms of the strength of pigment. I have very dark hair that lifts orange/canary yellow when bleached and this really helps keeps my hair looking clean and cool after the toner washes out. However, I’m giving it 4 stars because it is so so drying! I can only use it about twice a month.

This shampoo was recommended by my hairdresser and it is the best quality purple shampoo I’ve used. It’s strong so should be wearing gloves to avoid the dreaded beetroot finger look. Works exactly as it should. Set a timer - if you go over you will get a nice lilac tint!

So I’ve seen the mixed reviews but I honestly couldn’t praise this stuff enough! Both the no orange and no yellow. It took a few washes to get the effect I wanted but my hair is dark blonde and was very warm (orange), this is what worked for me;Wash hair with a good shampoo, I use Tresemme biotin + repair (also great for bleach damaged hair) and towel dry, I then plonk myself in front of a mirror and apply generously to hair, then give it a good lather (a must) leave for 10 minutes, wash out then use a good conditioner as this is drying! The yellow more than the orange. Then I use a good conditioning treatment, also recommend 1 minute wow by previously mentioned brand. My hair is now free of yellow and orange and is silky smooth!P.s. wear gloves!
