While a part unfortunately broke during installation, the customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. ​After I reached out to report the issue, they were very proactive in ensuring I received a replacement. They even initiated a second shipment when it looked like the first one might be delayed, showing they were genuinely committed to getting the replacement to me as quickly as possible. I received the replacement in perfect condition, and the seat is back in use. ​The product itself is well-designed and effective and very easy to put together. The instructions are clear and concise. It is refreshing to deal with a vendor that stands behind their product so firmly and communicates effectively. I highly recommend both the product and the vendor.

Very sturdy, fits our tall toilet no problem. Even easy for my toddler to get out and set up themselves when needed!

Would recommend for toddler potty training , super easy to assemble , easy to put away and to keep clean , daughter loves her potty seat.

Maintenance: Hard 4. Quality: Great Out of the box is really easy to set up and put together. It is very stable on the toilet with or without the toilet seat down and toddlers are able to climb up with no problem using the handrails. Plastic body feels solid and not flimsy. When not in use , it collapses easy and can be stored out in less than ten seconds. In terms of maintenance, the plastic part is easy to clean and wipe down. However , the pad retains a smell and moisture as evident by the picture with black mold growing inside the plastic lining. We followed the maintenance instruction per the manufacturer and it still occurred.

This is an excellent, easy to put together, and easy to use potty seat for my 2yr old. He is able to put it away, open it, and use it on his own when he wants to. We chose to remove the soft seat since my son tends to wee underneath it, so it was easier to leave out of for easier cleaning. I'd like to point out how awesome the company is that sells this product. We ordered two seats in order to have one in each bathroom, and on the day they arrived, I went to set them up immediately. The first one was built in less than 5 minutes, and when I went to build the second, a male to female piece for the bottom stand got stuck and broke when I tried to take it back apart to readjust. I contacted the company to see about getting that one piece replaced. They communicated right away, and sent out a full replacement even though I just inquired about the broken piece. They went above and beyond and we are so grateful to them.

This is a perfect for training! No clean up (except to wipe the seat here and there). My granddaughter just turned 3 and she is able to set the potty up on her own so she can use it, so very user friendly. Also bonus that she can use it as a stepping stool to wash her hands once she is done. Take note of the stepping stool option because there are other potties similar to this one at a lower cost but it can't be used as a stepping stool as well.

This potty seat is great and it does exactly what you need it to. We just found that it was a bit clunky for storing, especially in the small downstairs bathroom where we would be primarily doing our potty training. It is definitely an at-home-only potty. The materials are fine for their purpose. The little cushion that comes with it seems comfortable though it is not secured to the seat so that can be wobbly. Our little guy found it a bit scary the first time we tried, so we actually moved to more traditional little potty until he gets used to it. I do like that this is pretty user friendly and he will likely be able to use it on his own once he’s a little older. The steps up make it very accessible for little ones. Overall, I think it is a great seat for a child that’s a little older and already potty trained just so they can have access to the toilet.

Love this for my toddler. She was having accidents all over the house with the other potty we had. Now she goes to the toilet every time. She likes the step up to get onto it. Would recommend.

Fangt ab ca. 2 Jahren mit dem Training an. Selbstverständlich nur, am Anfang, unter Aufsicht. Die Höhe der Sitzposition ist einstellbar und standfest wenn der Toilettensitz fest aufliegt! Motorisch nicht so sichere Kinder brauchen immer Aufsicht! Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Toilettensitz und sehe meinen Grund für den Kauf als erfüllt.

By the time I needed to use this, I open the brand-new box and realised there were no screws and instruction manuals included in this package. It’s past the refund period, so now I am stuck with a useless box with plastic parts. I have left a question on this product, and after two days have received no response from the seller. Beware, terrible, quality assurance, no Support, just buy it from a local baby store instead.
