Sadly this is not non-stick so was very dissapointed when rolling out icing for a birthday cake & it kept sticking. Had to use icing sugar like I would on any surface, very disappointing as great design otherwise!

I have had a plastic rolling out sheet for ages but have always been really irritated that I needed to use a damp cloth under it to stop it sliding all over my kitchen island.My new silicone sheet is fantastic...no slipping or sliding. Lies flat and so easy to roll dough out onJust made a very sticky scone mix and really didn't want to add more flour to roll it out...with this mat I've realised that you don't need to....the dough doesn't stick !Mat is easy to wipe down and stores in my drawer rolled up.Very happy with my purchase

After 3 times using it had absolutely no stick and impossible to use as kept coming away from the counter

Really easy to fold , clean and the measuring lines are very helpful when rolling pastry.Great product.

Bought this for my "adopted" mummy, who loves to cook and bake. She has a nice kitchen work top but it's so difficult to keep clean and new looking when you've been baking. This seemed to be a good idea so I got it on a whim. It's absolutely spot on. Considering the price it is much more well made than I expected. It seems tough enough and it has a really handy size guide and weights chart printed on there as well. It just wipes clean and rolls up for storage. Very neat and functional.

I'm a live alone pensioner new to baking and usually when making scones it a bomb site before,during and definitely at the end. With this mat I told myself keep all the messy stuff on the mat and it worked. I also purchased a scraper but one came with the mat. Cleaning is a doddle as well, just look out Mary Berry I'm coming foryou 👍😄

I know it says "super large", but you kinda realize it when you find yourself trying to use it, clean it, and store it. It does the job but it might not be the best item for a smaller kitchen, as it ends up being in the way a lot.Still, good item for a baker; I wouldn't consider it a "must have" - in my case (and I tend to have some space around me), the amount of times it was in the way surpassed the amount of times it was of help, but this is totally personal thing.If you have a super big kitchen apt for a super large mat, GOOD FOR YOU, try it!
