The Nook battery evidently is not intended to be replaceable by the customer
The necessary plastic pry tool was not included in this kit. The Nook is glued shut and difficult to open. The battery seems to be fine.

Not replaceable
Information stated that this would replace the battery in my nook. When it arrived I called Barnes and noble for help in replacing it. Only to find out that it could not be replaced. Returned it.
