These are great actually stop constipation i do take two a day v happy

I have diverticulitis and IBS so thought these were definitely worth a try after hearing about the benefits of taking Probiotics on a health programme on the TV. I have been taking these for some weeks now and have definitely felt the benefits. Though not everything works for everyone, I would highly recommend giving them a go!

Brilliant for gut health. Both my wife and myself are taking one daily and can report definite improvements in the expected areas. My wife says she's sleeping better too. Recommended.

Seems to be working well and helping control my IBS but only taken it for a short time. A bit hard to judge yet.

Didn't work well for me, noticed very little or any difference in my bowl movements. If your haveing toilet issues give Holland & Barrett Colon Complex a go.

I bought these after reading an article that they could help with IBS and similar problems and also, believe it or not sleep problems. The theory being that if you have problems with your gut it messes up your sleep too. I have been taking the capsules for over a week now and I have to say that the stomach pains I used to get after eating (I've been thoroughly checked out so I know I have nothing sinister wrong with me) have disappeared and I am now sleeping for 6 hours or more at night, rather than waking up every hour. These may not work for everyone but they've certainly worked for me.
