Great Soles Low Cut No Show Grip Socks for Yoga, Barre, Workout

Love these! I had to smile when the package called them "lingerie for your feet" :-) I normally wear the grippy toe socks to reformer class, but it's a real pain getting each individual toe to behave & go where it's supposed to go - it's like fighting with a 2 yr old! Well, maybe that's a slight exaggeration,but these slip on easy, and were just too cute to pass up. Wore them today to class, and they were a big hit! The only negative thing I can think of is, if I wore these to something where the grips would really stick and I was moving in many directions, I could see that these "might" slide on my feet because they're not as form fitting & snug as the stretchy socks. But that's the only consideration I can think of. They worked great for me on the equipment, and I had no problem with my floor exercises. I also like the philanthropic aspect of this company, that's always a big plus!

I bought these socks for their practicality - non-slip soles and no bulk - but they are very pretty too and the fit is as expected. Great for pilates and yoga classes. They are well made, attractive and unique enough that just about everyone asked -- Where did you get those ? I like them very much and hope they wear well.

These are the most exquisite little items! Indeed, "lingerie for the feet" - but practical as well as lovely. The "traction spots" on the soles are GREAT: almost invisible (black-on-black) but definitely there, keeping you safe and secure: no possibility of slipping. Great for yoga (I don't like to do yoga barefoot, I dunno, it's just sort of creepy to me - my feet, all those other feet...), and... for Twister! (Remember that silly game from the 80's? Well, you will be the champ with these beautiful but non-skid socks, guaranteed! :) Delightful. I love 'em.

These are nice, but they won't stay on your feet if you're above a size 8 (US sizes). They are pretty but I spent all day walking on bunched up sock, then bending over to straighten it, only to do it again in 5 or 10 minutes. I wear size 9.5 & 10, so I wasn't expecting this difficulty. I am disappointed because I'd planned to wear them as "shoes" under a floor length gown for a concert, but now I can't because they don't stay on. Still, they are pretty and I like them, so I'll just wear them around the house.

I purchased this item to use during my Flying Trapeze practices. Socks are a frustrating necessity of the artform -- they protect your toes from getting tangled in the safety net but they can cause you to slide around on the board when you prepare for your take off. These socks are great because the grippy bottoms prevent that slippage, and as a result, make my take off smoother and overall performance better! And they look super cute!

I love these socks! So pretty and elegant but also have a great grip for barre or yoga classes. I just wish the toe part where there is no lace was just a little shorter so the lace would cover more of my foot. The solid black part cam up a little further on my foot than expected. I wear between a 6 & 6.5 typically and they fit perfectly, just a bit loose since they r supposed to fit up to a 7.5 but they r comfy. :)

Size 8 M shoe completely normal feet. After you wear them for a few minutes they stretch out incredibly. They slide around and turn into a dangerous situation. They are certainly not appropriate for reformer work. (Think magician) very dangerous because the problem is not apparent until you're wearing them for a few minutes .. They are pretty though. I threw them directly into the trash so I would not be tempted to wear them ever again.

I have hard wood floors and like to wear socks to bed in the winter. My fear is that I will slip and fall get ting out of bed. These are warm enough, grip well, and also look really good. I have put them through the washer and dryer on gentle and the are still intact. I also sometimes apply a bit of lotion to combat dry skin, and there is enough of the sock that is opaque to keep the lotion from getting onto the sheets.

I wore these twice to my Barre class and then a hole appeared in the toe. I was so disappointed as they are beautiful.
