Great low-profile, soft lighting setup for the price. The quality and output of light is quite powerful, and one of the biggest benefits is having the ability to change the color temperature of the lights (the key reason I purchased over other lights on the market). I haven't used the battery, however the ac power plugs works well. I am very satisfied with my purchase overall — would love to see this manufacturer make a larger version of this edge light in the future.

I was looking for something to replace a 85w/bulb fluoresce lighting kits I had.This kid solved a couple of issues I had with my old kit.1. I could now adjust the color temp from 3300k to 5600k where old system was one temperature.2, Now I could adjust the brightness from 20% to 100%, old system was ON or OFF.In my opinion these should be used more as a "fill" light than a main light. One can dial in the color temp and then the brightness. In my needs I may be fortunate to have never needed to run the lights at 100%.Are there better lights out there? Probably, but I would wager finding one that does this kind of job for this kind of money.I also like the round design as I find the "fill" seems (at least to me) to be more natural than a square or point design system.

I got these lights for a home setup and they are awesome. It is REALLY bright, like blinding. Brightness is adjustable though, as well as the warmness. You can tilt it to an angle that works for you. It also comes with a carrying bag.It is wobbly while connected to the stand, but it's not like I'm going to be moving it a lot while it's in use. If you will, maybe you will have to take that into consideration because when it wobbled, I felt like it would fall, but it never did because I held it in place while moving it to its main position just in case.Overall, I'm happy with them.

The LED studio lights are well engineered, flexible and well made. The color adjustment and intensity settings are useful and function well. Having the lights, tripods and other equipment travel in a fitted case is a big help. There was a slight problem which a person from Viltrox cleared up promptly. I would recommend them and buy them again.

I got them, they work well; but the stands are sub-par. I got 2 different kinds of stands. and the seal of the stand, where the parts telescope into, broke on the first use in two of them. I love the lights, I can not rely on the stands. I uploaded a video, but it has never posted, so I wanted to put a warning here. for the proce I paid, the stands should be functional. The ones I received are not.

The stands are good. The light that does work; is great but one is faulty. I needed a set of lights to provide the light for a series of videos for a new online course that I am creating. The ability to dial in the light intensity and color was amazing. Also, not being blinded by spotlights like the old days was also so good. Need to be a little gentle with them as the stand is relatively light. However, they do the job of lighting so well and very pleased with the result.
