The product is sturdy and good quality. Looks like pictured , maybe even better. I would recommend if thinking about ordering one.

For the price this is a good trunk. Allow me to state my two concerns with the trunk.1. The inside is lack-luster with a cheap thin wood look. The screws all poked through the wood and made it look even worse. We decided to sand the inside and glue a soft fabric lining inside which transformed the trunk from cheap looking to extravagant (it wasn't as hard as it sounds with spray glue). This is why I took off a star.2. The latch on the front of the trunk, when opened, lays against the handle in a way that we didn't like. This is more of a personal preference and does not subtract from the score.Overall we love the trunk and it made a great place to store our kinky sex toy collection.

Using this item to store family photos, some of which are a century old. Perfect size to store them all in one place.Very quick delivery and would recommend the seller.

This is the most adorable item in my house...well besides me! jkI so love this footlocker/trunk that I am going to buy more in different shapes. This holds so much crap and clears up more space than I ever imagined! The fact that it locks and you can add your own lock is just grand! Of course, it is not heavy duty like the older ones from back in the day but it is sturdy and a beauty to look at! If you are looking for something in this line than look no further! This is it! It is good for oh so many things and more then I can even think of. You won't regret it.

The trunk was the size and look I wanted it to be. Seems to be fairly sturdy, however, I was very disappointed with the inside quality. The screws were pushing up against the particle board in every single instance, making the inside look cheap and of poor quality. So bad, in fact, that I ended up lining the inside of the trunk with papers to make it more appealing visually. The locking mechanism and 'keys' provided are cheap and bend and I will never use them. We purchased a regular lock to go through the latch and that works well. The handle is plastic and is in danger of breaking if carried with a load. The hinges are weak and we feel the top could break right off quite easily. Our plan it so place it close to a wall so that when it opens up it will be supported. I don't think this will be a long lasting purchase, however, it serves the need we have for it now, which does not involve lifting and carrying by the handle. I was pleased with the outside appearance, but quality and inside appeal is not to a high standard.
