This isn't totally a one stop shop, I still supplement with Iron, Vit D, Calcium and K 2 but over all this simplifies my morning and I do love taking it!

This has been my standard vitamin for years and I'm not going to change. This was a fairly priced offer in the market compared to others.

Hello Amazon I just love these multi-vitamins. They are my go to every day. I am getting to a certain age so work, gym,, biking and jogging drain me therefore I replenish with this wonderful product and a neat protein powder which a friend introduced me to. GNC Wheybolic Ripped that I buy and keep stocked at home. Protein has the right amount of everything I need in it plus some caffeine to keep me going. In a smoothie or an oatmeal it is a real treat. Thank you Amazon for being my one stop go to store for all I need.

I know some people complained about them being old but the expiration date on mine are exactly the same as what I bought in the store 3 months earlier. Which is a year from now.

I feel better when I take these. As compared to others I used to use.

I've used these multivitamins for years, and while I do think they are excellent, they seem to be a little overpriced compared to generic multivitamins.
