I plan a lot of elementary school class parties and I'm making an effort to ensure that the parties don't contribute to a lot of plastic waste. Typically, class parties use plastic tablecloths, plastic cups or juice boxes with plastic straws, and of course, plastic cutlery. I'm so glad I found these spoons, they're perfectly sized for small hands and surprisingly, the kids LOVE them. Many of the students approached me asking where they could get spoons like these and they were happy to hear that they're better for the environment (kids are keenly aware of the world they're inheriting). Even the adults using the spoons enjoyed the nostalgia of eating with wood cutlery (remember when ice cream used to come with wooden spoons?)A couple of things I'd like to see with this item - 1) it would be wonderful if they were not packaged in plastic bags. A simple kraft paper box would suffice or even just wrapped in kraft paper. 2) Larger available quantities would be great to see here on Amazon- being able to buy a larger quantity at one time would mean fewer resources used to order this item.Other than that- these were reasonably priced, well made and very well received.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these! I have become all natural in my personal care products, so there's lots of tubs and jars of creams and moisturizers and clay that I don't like sticking fingers in. These are awesome!! Lightweight, small, easy to pack for trips, I use them for EVERYTHING! It's just a bonus I can recycle them! Very sturdy-I reuse them for a couple days, and they hold up great! So very happy with this purchase!

Looks like what I was expecting and cost foe them was reasonable.I would buy again if needed

These worked great for our outdoor picnic ! We tried to serve everything with environmentally friendly utensils and server.

Used it for my Smore's Kit with the little jars of Nutella. It worked out well.

I got these spoons for feeding my little dinosaur, and they are perfect for that!I'd prefer not to cross-contaminate my vegetarian human kitchen with her food and reptile vitamins. I wanted something more sustainable than the little plastic gelato spoons and takeout utensils I'd been using to mix Reptivite into her food, and scoop out small portions of it during feedings.These little wooden spoons are perfect. They scoop out just the right amount at a time and have that sturdy flat edge that helps break up things like eggshells and big pieces of ground turkey, and properly mix in vitamin and calcium powders. Just got a second packet!

This item is functional for guests to grab dips at parties. (I used soft cheeses, not a liquid dip). Although the spoon is a little smaller than expected, the price was reasonable. So, guests using multiple spoons per trip was not an issue. The texture is smooth.
