The designers of this humidor took care that every little detail would be perfect to display your precious cigars. The humidor, which holds about 100 cigars, is lined with Spanish cedar and features a hand made inlaid design that surrounds the beveled glass top. Inside you will find Spanish cedar dividers, humidifier, and cigar tray. It comes with a key lock and exterior hygrometer so that you will not need to open the humidor to check on your cigars. Size: 14'' x 9.5'' x 6.5''.

Great bargain
A great value in a humidor! As an experienced cigar aficionado, I was looking for a humidor for my daughter who's just begun enjoying a leisurely smoke here and there. When it was delivered, the first thing I wanted to see was how "air tight" it would be. I held it two or three inches high and let it drop. I was not disappointed - the woosh of air caught the heavy glass lid and it slowly closed the rest of the way. That's how it should work! I never worry about the analog hygrometer: they're typically a throwback to yesteryear and a nice nostalgic touch. One should always have a digital hygrometer inside. The glass top lets you read it without opening it. When I read some reviews where some recipients returned their humidor because the analog hygrometer wasn't "accurate", I was sad for the waste of time and energy by the buyer as well as the seler. Mark this down - the exterior-mounted analog hygrometer is for looks. This humidor is a good bargain and works as well as my much more expensive one. The glass top is actually beveled, which is a classy touch. A lot of humidors in this price bracket have a flat piece of glass, not beveled. This humidor would be a fine conversation piece in your home or office.

Leaky Hygrometer.
I bought this back in December, and was really excited about it. I was upgrading from a much smaller humidor so I had room to store more sticks that was working really well. The one I received looks a bit different than the picture, the inlays are darker and have a different grain style/pattern, and the hygrometer looked different, but I thought it was an attractive enough humidor so I didn't complain. I went ahead with seasoning it and calibrated the Hygrometer, and felt like I was getting consistent humidity, so I threw some sticks in and left it alone for a few days. I checked on it a few days later, and the humidity was down to about 55%, I figured the box was still soaking up humidity, so I added a boveda 72 pack on top of the existing humidification element and left it alone for a few more days. No such luck, 6 months later, it's still not consistent. I added silicone around the glass top, did the dollar bill test (it passed), and never got it to sit at the 72% I'm aiming for until one day I tried removing the hygrometer from the front of the case, placing painters tape over the front and back of the hole, and putting the hygrometer inside the humidor, within an hour the humidity reached 72% and stayed there all day after making no changes to the humidification that was previously reading about 58-60%. Moral of the story, the hygrometer leaks. I'm going to try to silicone it in place, and if that doesn't help, I guess I'm going to have to try to close up the hole somehow permanently. and just have a digital unit inside. Or maybe I can find a different hygrometer that will fit the hole that doesn't leak. Kinda disappointing after nearly $100 to have dried up cigars.

Nice humidor
This is a very nice humidor. It is fairly large (I don't know if it hold 125 cigars, I only have 25 in it). The construction is of good quality, is sturdy, and has a nice finish. The hardware is gold plated and seems sturdy. Comes with a key to lock the humidor. There is one tray with a dividor and the humidification device with a cedar container that will slide in the humidor vertically. There is also a larger divider for the bottom section below the pullout tray. Not sure how accurate the hygrometer is but it looks just like the others I own that are accurate. Has a felt bottom to prevent scratches on desks, ect. Overall for the price I am very pleased.

Worthless hmidistat - attractive humidor
Although the humidor is fine the humidistat is worthless. When the humidity is 72% inside the humidistat reads 46%. I have checked this against two digital humidistats. You will need to get a separate one to keep track of the humidity. I have a remote reading electronic one. Now I can monitor the condition of my cigars from my desk. This is handy because I keep the humidor on a high shelf in the kitchen cabinets where it is not easy to monitor. It does not come with instructions on how to season it nor is there any explanation of how to use the humidifier inside. Since this was my first humidor I had no idea it needed seasoning. Fortunately the Internet provided the information. Moisten the interior surfaces with distilled water. Leave the wet sponge or cloth inside on a piece of plastic but not in contact with the wood. Wet the humidifier with a 50/50 mixture of propylene glycol and distilled water. You can buy this already mixed at your local tobacco shop. (The humidifier is a sponge like thing inside a plastic case. It's not visible in any of the pictures but it comes with the humidor.) Close the lid and wait a day. Repeat, but this time leave the sponge out. Wait another day. If the humidity is 72% you're ready to add the cigars. If not you may need to wipe it down and refill the humidifier. Don't add cigars until the humidity is 72% or very near.

... humidor but the one I did receive was equally beautiful and very well made
I received the wrong humidor but the one I did receive was equally beautiful and very well made. Hygrometer is on the inside so less chance of leaking.

Professional gave me 2 thumbs up!
I am a cigar novice, but I had a professional help me set up my box. He really went on and on about how beautiful the box was and what a great deal it was! I guess if the professional says it’s great, who am I to disagree 😊.

I think it would be very difficult to find a better one for the price
This is my first humidor and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I think it would be very difficult to find a better one for the price.
