Shentec6000mAh 3.6V Replacement Battery Compatible with iRobot Braava Jet 240 Floor Mopping Robots, Li-ion Battery

We have a pair of Braava Jets we use for all the hard surface floors in the house. I decided we needed another spare battery and since my iRobot warranties are expired, tried a 3rd party battery. I've used it for several months with no problems charging or otherwise electrically. There is a slight mechanical issue. To accommodate the extra energy, battery is both heavier than the standard battery and it sticks out the back of the robot. This changes the weight bias toward the back and off of the cleaning pad. The wet cleaning cycle uses a vibrating mode on the pad and the noise is louder now with the weight redistribution. So, I'm using it primarily for running dry sweep cycles. I probably won't by another extra large battery, but would try one of this company's standard size batteries.

I was skeptical. Worried my braava would meltdown or something. But this larger battery really does work! It does not over weigh the back of the unit or affect it's ability to clean. It DOES go FOREVER! I have the original battery too and a large house with all hard floors so I have tons of cleaning surface! This large battery will clean as long as I need it to! I have not had to switch to the original battery, it just keeps going! The thing I do have to watch for is refilling the water reservoir but the battery is a champ! Hasn't stopped on me yet and I have had it running for our 2 hours multiple times now! Great purchase if you're looking for another battery or longer run time!

This replacement battery solved that and it lasts much longer.It fits the original charger as well as the robot. It is larger so it does pertrude to the back . It also adds some weight to the Braava but this does not hamper performance.This battery lasts about 3times more than the original battery.

This thing makes our brava jet run for what feels like hours. It does the entire first floor of our 3500 square foot house which is all wood. The thing runs out of fluid long before the battery dies. I have not noticed any of the unbalancing that other reviewers posted. And I don’t think it is very heavy. It brought new life to our brava plus gave it super powers to run for hours. It sticks out the back but who cares? You want your mop to win a beauty pageant?

Have been using this just under a month but so far it last longer than original battery. The reason i give 4 stars is the weight of the battery. It is heavy and sometime you have to watch out to adjust the robot or it will go around and around and clean nothing.When using this battery, it is noisy than usual, but it's ok if you lock the robot in a room and let it finish the job. Noisy free!!!

I have the Braava for quite some time and actually purchased extra OEM battery so that I have enough juice to finish the mopping in one day. Since both batteries are dying and have really short life, I decided to try this. It works great, I don t even have to swap batteries and I don t experience equipment inbalance as stated by other reviewers. Only wish the water reservoir is bigger, then it would be perfect.

Only recharged once. Now it says its charged after being plugged in to charger for two minutes. Complete waste of money. At least the Keepow brand recharged 5 times before it died.These double cell batteries probably have two low quality lithium batteries in parallel with no intelligent circuit for proper charge/discharge.

I bought this to use in my braava jet and it works great. I charge one battery while using another and swap them when they're charged so I can mop more square footage in the same day. I will buy this again when mine stop working.

Really impressed by this battery...the one that the robot came is too small i can't even finish moping 1 floor with it.Rest to see the life span of it.U really need one batter like this to fully benefit of the work this litle mop robot is doing.

Worth every penny, does not offset weight enough to significantly disturb cleaning ability. Great value. With this battery the braava just keeps going and going and going.... and then some more.
