Some of the product reviews are for an older model? Playlists?
PRODUCT REVIEWS? I bought this mp3 player because all of the positive reviews. If you look at all of the reviews with pictures and videos, you will notice that those reviews are for an item completely different than what is currently pictured. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I received the product on May 1. I feel that the reviews for the older model isn't relevant to the current model.PLAYLIST The user manual has no instructions about how to sync or create a playlist. I posted a question about this in the question section and the product service rep gave me a nonsense answer. I found the answer in the question section of this product's rival mp3 player. Basically, this mp3 doesn't have the function to sync or create playlists."This device comes with three (3) playlists pre-designated as Playlist 1, Playlist 2, and Playlist 3. The names of these playlists cannot be changed, more playlists cannot be added, and each playlist has a capacity of 100 songs. There is a work-around to this by organizing your music on your laptop or other computer device in a playlist manner, and once uploaded/transferred to the MP3 player, accessed through the FOLDERS > MUSIC FOLDER path instead of the MUSIC > PLAY path." -By Antion on April 22, 2019I gave this product 4 stars because I am doubtful of the product reviews and the product rep gave irrelevant replies. I will continue to update this review later.

You get what you pay for...
... not really what was advertised.I bought this specifically for the advertised bluetooth abilities because wired headphones are a challenge when working in the yard. However, neither the included sample song, the included sample video, nor any song I loaded on the device would play through the bluetooth headphones, instead giving an error at any attempt. Not being a Windows user, I could find no way to create functioning Playlists, not even a way to edit the 3 that came with it (they're blank/empty). I got it to recognize an uploaded playlist (M3U file type), but it wouldn't read it. So, the best you can do is genre or album play. 32g of music is a lot of songs to manage without playlists! Even 3 playlists would be better than none, though 3 for some 7k+ songs is hardly a boon (if they worked, of course).Beyond these glaring issues, I have no idea how exactly you're supposed to use this thing for working out when you can't activate any of the controls without hitting the little wake-up/power button on the side of it Every Single Time. As soon as the screen times out, even while playing, the front buttons (volume, play/pause, skip track) disable. The button lock is therefore pretty much redundant. The buttons themselves seem to be capacitive and are hard to work even when the screen is on.Battery life seems ok, but I haven't really played it all that long because it doesn't do the things I need/want it to. The built in speaker is OK for what it is, the speaker on my smart phone is far better. All those added "features" are really useless fluff - radio needs a wired headset because there's no antenna, pedometer only works while the music is playing, screen is too tiny and low resolution to watch a video on or read text. But, it's inexpensive. So, you get what you pay for. I think I'll just use my phone to store/play all my music.

Great for my dad
My dad is a bit old school for todays technology and still uses an mp3 player when cutting his grass. Well, he had the same one for about 10 years and it finally died. The poor man was devastated when he had to cut the grass without his music, believe me, noone else was because he sings at the top of his lungs, and not well. I got him this replacement mp3 player and gave it to him as an early birthday gift. He immediately filled it with music and that weekend he was back to cutting the grass as his old happy, loudly singing self. He likes the arm band for easy use on the lawn mower and said it was easyto operate and lasts long enough for him to cut the grass. It has never run out of battery but he only uses it selectively.

Heavy with horrible Bluetooth sound quality
First thing I noticed when I removed it from the packaging was that it was heavy. It weighs more than my Samsung Galaxy phone and is 1/4 the size. Secondly the bluetooth sound quality is horrible. I connected to two bluetooth speakers and my quality bluetooth headset and the sound was tinny and hollow on all. The wired connection sounds great but the wires ..... the whole point of buying this device was for music while working out and working in the yard where wires get in the way. This was a total bust. Would not recommend this if wanting to use bluetooth.

Just what I needed.
This is a nice little MP3 player. I wanted one with bluetooth for my car, because it's easier to add/change music on than it is on my phone. I can also connect it to my ear buds if they have the radio on and listen to my own music. The Best part is NO WIRES or cords to worry about. It has good sound, and plenty of storage. I've not noticed any cutting out yet either. I was impressed with the quality.

Reliability and functionality
This product does not meet my expectations. Quite frankly I want a refund. The directions that came with the package is not useful. When I tried to find directions or a manual on-line I could not find anything!!!! I searched for 4 days and I found absolutely nothing. What is the process for me to get my $ back. This is the reason I gave only 1 star rating. If functionality or user friendly was listed as an rating option I would give this product 0 stars.

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT
This mp3 player operates by touching little tiny arrows instead of pushing actual buttons. I bought this to listen to my favorite music while in my vehicle, but trying to touch those tiny little arrows while driving is frustrating! Oh well, I don't have to deal with the frustration anymore because it stopped working last week, even though I just bought it in June. I don't recommend using this player while driving. It might be perfect in its other capacities, but I didn't get the chance to use any of them! DON'T BUY THIS PLAYER. I suggest finding one that has buttons you can easily find without looking.
