I purchased it for a recipe for a wonderful cake. It worked splendidly
I purchased it for a recipe for a wonderful cake. It worked splendidly, I didn't notice any difference, however in my workouts. I am not an avid athlete, however, so maybe I'm not the right person to rate that. One thing, one of my guests who looked at the jar noted that anyone on high blood pressure meds shouldn't take it.

100% insoluble in water
If you are looking to make a drink for FMD diets or do anything other than choke the powder down as a powder, this item is not able to be dissolved in water. Glyceryl Monostearate is >99% insoluble in water, so look elsewhere if you want to make a drink!

Sub for FMD
I liked the ingredients in this product. I was trying to find something for extra hydration and energy when fasting. Excellent!

Good for Ice Cream Stabilization.
It works well for ice cream. You can google GMS+Ice Cream for the specific recipe. The GMS is used as stabilizer for ice cream. It is rather expensive; but I have not found the vendor that sells food grade GMS less expensively.

Skin splitting pumps every time!
Muscle pumps beyond your wildest dreams! This product doesn't mix all that well, but the results in the gym far outweigh the distasteful 30 seconds of downing it before the gym. If you want serious pumps for under $10 add this product to your current pre workout and watch as your gym partners look on in envy.

Three Stars
Not really sure if it helped or not. Added it to my supplement stack and didn't notice anything.

Doesn’t dissolve
This has no directions on mixing or dissolving the granular powder and when mixed with cold water, doesn’t mix at all. It actually acts hydrophobic. I tried mixing with warm water but no better results. Perhaps boiling or hot would work, but who know what that would do to the nutrients, if they would even be there or utilizable anymore. I would return but returning is such a pain, Amazon doesn’t send a box to your house. I think I will start buying online less. A lot of duds lately.
