My squirrel nemesis was finally stumped by these very useful plastic honeycombs. In one case, the squirrel just looked at them and gave up, in other cases he jumped into my pots but quickly realized he couldn't do anything, so he hopped out, and tried all the other pots I'd placed them in... they stopped him every time. These plastic things are easy to cut to any size with ordinary scissors. I ordered another set to use to protect my bulbs until spring.

Item plastic would have liked pieces to be 6 inches wider .

I think it’s doing the trick

Finally have a solution to stop my furbabe from using the flower bed outside the window as her personal toilet and digging holes. Placed a few fir cones between in a few places. Small enough strips to place around the rose bushes and and by scattering a little soil on top doesn’t notice too much. Snowdrops still grew through the strips. Easy to remove if required didn’t need to use the pins supplied.Delighted with outcome.

Bought some before and they work perfectly. I place them on the soil and cover with bark.

I’m using this in conjunction with a sonic scared and the combination works well against rabbits. However my dog is not phased by it and has dug it up a couple of times.
