Nice plants. The flowers look good in arrangements and are amongst the favorites of bumble bees.

I can confirm that I’ve got sprouts / young plants. I planted these in various soil types. Some places with more or less sun. They’ve sprouted in all. I’m looking forward to the blooms and the new edition to my garden this summer. They are all what they say, I can tell by the leaf shape but I don’t have blooms yet. These are very tall plants so I highly recommend planting them toward the back or perimeter of your garden. The butterflies will love them! I’ve planted them in two locations and the one with more shade is actually thriving larger and hasn’t bloomed yet. The one in the photos has bloomed but is smaller

Be prepared to chop and drop a lot. These are hardy and grow very fast and tall. Do a great job filling the south Florida bed, especially in summer while the native and host plants take their time spreading out. So many pollinators.

They are beautiful! I am obsessed with sunflowers - my butterflies - bees and hummingbirds love them! Will plant more next year!

These seeds sprouted nicely for a school project with middle school students. We planted them in small biodegradable pots and kept them covered and watered (for humidity) because we live in a dry climate and after a few days they they germinated and sprouted nicely. They continued growing for a few weeks, but I don't know how they did after that point because students took them home, Overall, these seeds fared better than the marigold or cosmos seedlings (both started the same way).

The product contained good seeds. Mexican Sunflowers can grow very tall in sunny locations. I had several that grew to 5 feet and others to 3 feet. Those that grow tall, however, can get top-heavy with many branches and they can be toppled by rain storms. Hence, it might be wise not to let it grow too big. They are lovely and attract bees and butterflies.

I am so disappointed in this purchase. I was so excited to have more pollinator plants and the seeds never sprouted - not a single one.

These flowers are idiot-proof, dramatic, beautiful, and long blooming. I try to plant some every year.
