This is the most beautiful and meaningful meditation you will ever read.

I used this book for the first time for Good Friday. Powerful reflectionsthat can be read over and over. Great depth and remarkable application ofideas for our time. It could be used daily taking one station at a time.I used it to pray the stations and it took over two hours. When I ordered itI thought it was a perfunctory "Stations of the Cross." Silly me. There is so muchto reflect upon that it is better used as an ongoing meditational aide. Wonderfulchoice for Lent or any time. Highly recommended.

I started this book at the beginning of Lent, and it is such a moving book. It is so deep and moving, yet such an easy read. I would highly recommend this book for anyone struggling in their prayer life at all.

It takes someone special to say something new about Lent, but Houselander not only does it, she makes you think about it in new and inspiring ways. What a gift she and her compassionate insights are to us in our spiritual struggles!

The books arrived much earlier than promised. The were like brand new, and the price could not be beaten. What a wonderful resource for finding an old spiritual treasure!

This is so prayerfully written and illustrated. It must be a classic and a must for all Christians. All Caryll Houslander's books are well worth having and often dipping in for meditation
