The bottle does not show what is in the product and I have already discarded the carton. However it does have a phone # 1-800-582-4048 for questions.

Would this be good for dry/combination skin? I generally have dry skin but my chin and nose tend to be oily.

How come the shipping costs to Hong Kong is so expensive? And is it placing order for 4 packs at $22.99 as shown?

No it’s 4 bottles. Only one pack.

Can it be used to remove eye makeup?

I have only used it to wash my face but, while doing so, any eye makeup also came off. I do not wear heavy eye makeup like eyeliner, just shadow so you have to take your chances.
