Excellent value. Swift shipping.
Excellent quality. Shipping was really fast - great as did not hold up the builders laying the patio. Better service and cost than buying from a local builders merchants! Highly recommended.

Check frame carefully on delivery
Ordered three of these and they arrived very promptly. It was a few days later when I actually went to use them and found that one of the frames was broken. Because it was held together with plastic tape I only found this when I opened it up. The company were great and sent a replacement frame the next day. Great service.Installation was easy, they were used on a newly cast concrete top for a septic tank. I would buy these again if needed.

Arrived broken!
Unfortunately, the manhole cover arrived with the plastic surround broken! Quite how this happened I don't know, as the box it came in appeared to be in good condition, and the item was surrounded with bubble wrap. Also, whilst not necessarily that important, there are no instructions supplied, which could be useful if you don't know what you're doing when replacing these. The actual metal insert seems to be of pretty decent quality and has caps to cover the keys / handles, to prevent dirt from getting into them and causing problems.Edit: after contacting the seller, I bought some suitable glue to repair the broken section and they gave me a partial refund. Having used the correct product for the repair, the frame seemed to be nice and strong and the fitting then went without any further issues. I would.buy again, as it works well for grids aswell as block paving.
