Relational Approaches in Gestalt Therapy

Very well written and very up to date in gestalt psychotherapy.

This book came today I read about 30 pages and put it in the bin it is by far the worst book on gestalt I have ever read - I just don’t know what the authors are trying to say seems like intellectual nonsense to me all it does is critical about PHG I felt more undermined than encouraging it challenges the I thou maybe it’s me I’m missing the point - I could not stand it I should have saved my moneyI just don’t k is how you could apply that to clients livesMaybe it’s me who’s wrong we’re ever I started in the book I found the same problemIt just felt going round in circlesJudge for yourself it did not work for meSorry book not staying on my selfA gestalt therapist
