cozyland Premium Shock Proof and Heating Electric Double Bed Warmer (Green) (60 x 60) Inch

This product is very nice and worth the price in this cold weather. I ordered this for my old aged parents last year . After 1 yr there was some heating issue for which I got replacement .Cozyland team was very cooperative and helpful.

I had bought Cozyland double bed electric warmer in the month of November 2018 and within 2 months it stopped working. The quality of the product is very poor especially the electric wires. The electric wire at the electric warmer junction has melted due to short circut. Considering the warmer is placed under the bedsheet, this could have easily resulted in a fire hazard if the malfunction was not noticed in time. Since the product comes under 5 year replacement warranty, I tried calling their so called 24X7 helpline number but it was switched off. I called the MD of Cozyland after tracing the number from their website and he was very non cooperative and asked me to not call him repeatedly even when I called him for the 1st time. However, he redirected me to another number and I was asked to send the invoice through Whatsapp. Even after sending the invoice, I have not received any response from the manufacturer for availing the warranty. Despite numerous follow-up over phone, the manufacturer keeps on delaying and provides vague responses. So the 5 year warranty is basically a sham and one would be lucky if the brand actually replaces the defective product. So why not to buy any product from Cozyland & its associates. 1) Poor Quality product 2) Non existent customer helpline number 3) Dubious warranty of 5 years 4) No response from the brand even after follow ups. So don’t waste your money buying inferior quality products with dubious warranty conditions. UPDATE (04-02-2019): The seller/brand has not even responded even after contacting them and telling about the issue. The company doesn't honour the warranty of the product and will simply not respond. Hope Amazon takes these issues seriously and ensures that such dubious brands are not allowed to sell their products on their website. Avoid Cozyland and don't waste money buying their products.

• I've bought Red Color (Double Bed) & Blue Color (Single Bed) Electric Blanket for ₹ 1728 and ₹ 839 respectively. • Awesome product for winter with good heatness. • Packing was excellent. • It take 8-10 minutes for getting warm but Single Bed Electric Blanket taking 15-20 minutes. • Size is bit less than expected.

I got 2 double blankets and tested them right away on delivery. Found the material and color (green) to be really good quality and the heating at 2 is good. I am satisfied with the buy. thankyou.

Hardly work for 2nd half months

This electric blanket for the winter season is soft, very comfortable, has a regulated heat supply. Very effective to fight chilly winters. I was happy the moment I lied down after preheating. The back of the body was relaxed. In the winter season, this is one of the best options to sleep in deep with warm feelings. Have used it for over a week and it seems to work perfectly. Warm enough for the winters to come... The socket is non replaceable once it catches fire which it does very easily.

It's really warm and cozy. I would say a perfect gift to your family. They enjoy the warmness during the winter. Only the size is small, so reduced one star.
