I use this for a base to beef vegetable soup or just vegetable soup. It keeps well until needed and has the right amount of dried veges to fill in the broth. Adds a nice flavor, as well.

Manischewitz Dry Soup Mixes are inexpensive and generally, very tasty. Add your favorite veggies like Carrots, Celery, and even Potatoes. I might add some bowtie pasta as well as leftover chicken or beef chunks to make a really hearty, full bodied soup.
