I like the tea and can recommend it for feeling very good when consumed

I don't like herbal teas but this one is exceptional. I do like rose flavor and scent and this one is extraordinary as far as fragrance. I like it very much and will buy it again.

I drink this at end of day before bed. It is a calming tea and does not keep me awake.

I drink this every late afternoon or early evening. It definitely has a calming effect and helps with sleep. It has many health benefits according to Google. I can get 2 cups of tea out of 1 bag. Sometimes I use a sweetener, sometimes not. The flavor is not like regular black tea as it is made from different herbs. On a scale of 1-10 I would say the flavor is a 7, but it is growing on me as this is my 3rd purchase! Republic of Tea make good quality teas and it’s a treat to try something new and different and know in many cases that it’s also good for you!

I will drink it, because I bought it…but every tea bag is coated in cocoa powder. Each time I open the canister cocoa powder explodes everywhere. Flavor wise it’s ok but sort of muted.

When it says "consult a physician before use" don't ignore it. I am prescribed medications in both the sedative and antihypertensive classes and also have orthostatic hypotension and kidney disease. Long story short, I drank one cup of this tea upon receipt and hours later after continuously dosing while sitting up, my blood pressure is still in the near hypotensive range and I feel like I took a tranquilizer meant for a large farm animal.It did taste and smell lovely but I think I will gift the rest to someone who has no health issues and make an appointment with my doc in the morning just in case.This tea is definitely no joke. Please be safe and don't do what I did.

Flavor was excellent - nearly as described. However, I would not call it “spicy” as you will find with some teas containing ginger. The ginger is only slightly detectable. I needed two bags for an 8 OZ cup. Directions say to use 6 oz of water but that might even be pushing it for one bag. I’d say 4 oz max to avoid a watery taste, even at 7 minutes brew time with a lid. See picture… very little tea in the bag. Chaga and cordyceps extract are the last ingredients following dates. First through third ingredients are cinnamon, ginger root and chicory root. If you are looking for a true chaga tea, this might not be your best bet. However, as I said the flavor is excellent and I bought a second tin for my office after trying it.
