This use is not listed on the bottle, but I was told by an herbalist/holistic practitioner to use it for canker sores. It's a ! I've had canker sores since I was about 12. For a while I'd have 5 at a time, FINALLY get rid of them, and then get 5 more. Sometimes they were so big and sore that I could only drink liquids. As soon as I feel one coming on, I take 4 of these tiny tablets as often as I think about it in a day--maybe 5 or 6 times. It usually goes away in ONE DAY if I catch it early. If I delay a bit, then it might take 2 days. I'm not real big on homeopathic remedies, but this one has made my life SO MUCH BETTER!

This is a tissue salt that I find invaluable for excessive phlegm and catahrr. All 12 of the cell salts have their value at various times to me and it would be harder without them. I especially don't have to worry about side effects as I would with many pharma products.

Great remedy for the cure of common cold and the associated symptoms. Coupled with #4 (for high fevers) from Hyland's, it saved my six year old daughter many trips to the pediatrician!

Didn't work or help me at all. My sister also tried it and had no benefit either.

Bought it to help clear sinus and nasal inflammation after looking up indications of cell salts for those problems. It works very quickly within minutes to open up nasal passages a little bit more. I have severe allergies this year though and it didn't eliminate my sinus or nasal inflammation, it just made it more bearable. Unfortunately, I had to stop using them, because I just found I'm allergic to milk products, and this is made with lactose. I believe they make these in liquid form though, without milk ingredients, so that version may be a good option if you'd like to try it and have a dairy allergy.
