A gift
I got this for my grandson's wife when she gave birth to my new great-granddaughter. Her mother liked how it worked, and really appreciated how quiet it was when she used it in the bedroom during the night.

GET THIS PUMP
I went through a rough time in the beginning of my breastfeeding journey. I also got a Elvie Stride double breast pump through my insurance and it is AWFUl. After a recommendation from my lactation nurse, she recommended this pump and I have NO regrets. It pulls my milk supply so easy, and it doesn't hurt. I look forward to using this pump for the next year and to keep it for future use! Please get this pump you will not be disappointed. Just make sure you get your nipples measured by your lactation nurse, so you can have the correct flanges for it. I did have to buy 2 sets of different flanges for each breast because both of my nipples were a different size.

Quiet, easy to use
I love how quiet this pump is! I used a Medela with our first two and needed a new pump for our third. I like this better due to the price point and ease of use. The settings are a little different than the Medela, so there's a learning curve. I looked on YouTube for a "how to" video and figured out the rest on my own. The one thing that doesn't make sense to me is that the let-down setting is the second option on the pump - when it first turns on, it's in regular mode, so you have to switch it eat time to simulate the let-down feature. I really like how easy it is to clean. Although this isn't marketed as a travel system, it wouldn't be diffcult to use on the go. You'd want to make sure you had access to an outlet (a portable battery pack didn't come with this system). It's light weight. It also comes with two different sized flanges, which is great if you're not sure what size you need.

Happy with item
I'm a new mother of a 2 month old so I'll speak to the limited experience I have. I think product is great. There is a night light option, which is awesome for when the room is dark. It is quiet. Once I left it on by accident for a little bit cause I couldn't tell it was on. There is the option for 1 or 2 pumps at one time. There is a circle to attach your one, or two tubes to to pump. When the second isn't being used, you seal the suction with a cap. And to my pleasure the small cap is attached to unit, I was worried I'd lose it before I realized it is connected. My only only complaint is the angle I need to be at to pump my milk. However, I think that is just a breast pump thing, but I have to lean almost all the way over, and it hurts my back, and it's really hard to feed baby on other breast while I do it.

So glad I bought this!
I just received this pump today and have used it twice. The suction is way different from the Medela PISA or the Symphony. It feels more like a flutter suck. And I love that the suction speed and strength can be adjusted separately. The timer and light are a bonus. I can't believe this is a closed system hospital grade pump for less than $150 when the Symphony costs $2000!I've been using the PISA since my baby was born, and it seemed to work fine. Then I returned to work after twelve weeks. I rented a Symphony to see if it would help me increase my production, but I really didn't notice and difference, so I turned it in after the first month. Over the past couple of months, I've noticed my output decreasing. As my baby started drinking more, I could no longer keep up. I had to start supplementing with formula. Then I remembered someone telling me about the Spectra, so of course I came looking for it on Amazon.First, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the package included a set of 28mm flanges in addition to the standard 24mm. They still are not quite as comfortable as the Pumpin Pals breast shields I normally use, so I might try the hack and use my Medela connectors with the Pumpin Pals shields. The kit comes with two Spectra bottles, but MAM bottles also work. So far, I'm loving this machine. Both times I used it, I got two ounces more than usual! I normally pump for about 20 minutes and have to cycle from stimulate mode to expression mode several times to keep the milk flowing. With this machine, the flow never stopped. It automatically turns off once the timer reaches 30 minutes, but I turned it back on to see how long the flow would last. I finally stopped after 37 minutes total, but probably could have gotten a lot more milk if I had continued. I only wish I had tried the Spectra sooner, but I got the PISA free through my insurance. Luckily it's super lightweight, so I'll probably carry it back and forth until I buy a second one.

Doesn't work
Worst product. Total waste of money. It stopped working properly after 3months from date of purchase. Seller asked me to submit a form online for replacement which doesn't have submission button. And it crossed 90days window, amazon wont give refund based on a to z claim.
