Great heat, flavor
Finally real volcanic full flavored Thai chilies. Starts warm, fruit flavor, wine like. Then here comes the HEAT. Can’t wait to try spiced vinegar.

I was hesitant on ordering after reading some reviews but definitely get these! My family eats super spicy food and this chili is exactly what we needed to make our chili oil! It’s hot and good don’t listen to these other reviews honestly get these.

These are Hot 🔥
I bought these to use in the Sirt diet recipes that call for it and man are they hot! They're delicious and add great flavor. A little goes a long way, otherwise you'll taste only the hotness.

Amazing taste
Loved the taste for my Thai basil chicken dish. Also hard to find organic. I see it's not available for re-order and would love for it to be available again.

They were hot as I expected
Being a new user to using hot chili's I was concerned about touching them. I have read reports that some hot chili's can burn you if you don't wear rubber gloves. Had the label indicated that they could or couldn't be handled with or without gloves would have reduced my anxiety.

no country of origin label
they look good and fresh for use, not stale and too dry, but the country of origin is not on the bag so it is not known if indeed these are indeed authentic Thai chilis, as in actually from and grown in Thailand. the listing states that it Is 'authentic', so to not list the country of origin would mean this are likely grown in the US and NOT authentic Thai bird chilis.

Great until they hatched...
At first the package of chilies looked excellent. The chilies were bright red, they had good heat and there was plenty of them in the package. I had some family matters that took me away from home for a few months. When I returned and tried to use some more chilies for a recipe I discovered the contents had changed. Most of the chilies had been destroyed and the bottom of the bag was teaming with little red beetles. Thankfully the outer ziploc bag prevented the hoard from escaping into my cupboards and doing who knows what other damage. On one hand I guess that’s what you get with organic.. on the other.. that’s kind of disgusting and a waste of money.
