I honestly haven’t read much of the book (so this review is not particularly about the content). However I wear glasses & the writing in the book is extremely TINYYYY. I’ve been straining my eyes to read it & a lot of the diagrams are slightly blurry as well. I’m currently contemplating if I should return it or not because it’s very uncomfortable for me to try and read it. None of the reviews I read mentioned this problem, so if you’re someone who wears glasses this is something you might want to consider before purchasing.

Good for large amounts of questions and mock papers. I think the verbal reasoning passages may be smaller/shorter than that in the real test. The decision making section and a few others have differences and mistakes within the book. It seems as if the questions have been slightly altered each year, but have left mistakes, therefore for some questions you do not know if you got the answer right which is incredibly annoying! I’d advise investing in an online resource (I am using both, the book I have used while on holiday this summer) such as “Medify”, or the “Kaplan Score higher on the UCAT”, as parts of this collection of books appear incomplete and would not be enough to fully prepare. However, for 3 books in one this is a very good price. Good for when you’re unable to use a computer!

Would be a good book if there weren’t so many mistakes :/ makes finding the answer impossible when the numbers in the question are wrong!

Overall, the book was good in all of the sections. However, in the Abstract Reasoning and Quantitive Reasoning sections, there were quite a few mistakes. This made it very hard especially because you didn’t know there was a mistake, so you end up wasting like 10 minutes on a question that doesn’t work out.In all other aspects, the book fulfilled my expectations.

Although there were a few typos, the book is cheap and provides everything you need to prepare for your UCAT exams. The mock papers are well set out and this book is a great way to start studying for an, initially, daunting exam.

The book had many mistakes. I would not advise anybody to buy this item! Some of questions are poorly worded and many of the reasoning for the answers are difficult to understand. Gave me unnecessary stress!

I bought this book as a kindle format, however, some of the pictures in the book seemed to be missing. So, I contacted the company to see if there's a solution. The staffs are very helpful and their response to email are quick. Other than that, the book is actually quite useful as it does tell you what strategies are their and the structure of the test. so this book is highly recommended!

The book looks really good but several pages were coming loose from the binding this doesnt detract from the content which seems to be really comprehensive.
