Much easier to take than tablets and seems to work well. Taste is nice too.

Third time lucky hopefully as the previous two reviews i submitted were rejected???Excellent product. Lifelong anaemia where i can't tolerate iron supplement pills and liquids, now under control. 6 months on this has meant the threat of a transfusion is no longer there and blood iron levels within range for the first time i can remember....

A great way of getting a boost of of Iron. No complaints.

I have a few of the Better You sprays as they are so easy to use.I take quite a few medications from my doctor so don’t want to take yet more tablets but wanted to boost my immune system with supplements and these sprays are ideal - just spray inside your cheek or under your tongue and your done.

Good, but the spray pump doesn't last long ... at least that was the case in the past. Hopefully, this new one i got will be better. The company know about the issue.I wish they would provide larger volumes in these spray bottles, tho!It's still a nice convenient way to administer a dose of this kind of vitamin, and it absorbs better that way, too.
